What happened with Lloyds paying the dividend every quarter. I thought this was in the pipeline a while back

I was looking at house prices on Rightmove, amazed the amount some areas have increased in a year.Prices really need to be slowed to maintain affordability especially for first time buyers.

Why bother might as well postpone it a few weeks

Hardup Falky appeared on Rolls-Royce as the price dropped 11% to tell us how much it will fall

Crazy but Lloyds dividend yield is still better then BP. even with their massive 7 billion profit for the quarter

170p under valued so what is 65.5p

Not that desperate had them for 2 years from PMO apart from top ups so my patience is tested but dont usually sell at a loss

Sold HSBC a while back and kept Lloyds ,wrong choice, for some reason since the first rate rises this year no one wants to keep this share.We were nearly56p in January

We all know .5% has been pencilled in by the markets and If this does not happen Bailey needs sacking,He has already been to slow in rate increases
