The FCA are quick enough to jump on this but I was part of the Collateraluk Peer to Peer saga where the directors were jailed for changing the FCA register from another company to show they had permission to carry out regulated business. The FCA stopped the company from trading and it went in to administration and now 5 years later My complaint about compensation is kicked down the road along with thousands of other costing us large sums in lost money cases
