Ok thanks for the clarification which is where the confusion was. I agree in the fact there is no further equity raising in the pipeline and also that it does indeed look like Align were extremely overcautious which I for one welcome. What is clear is that KZG seem to giving away 30% of the equity for approximately $11m. it seems utterly bizarre to me that the shares are still purchasable at 1.7p but I very much doubt that will be the case for very long.
Poopy. Am very confused with some of your comments "and even extrapolating Align Research notes, they appeared to be allowing for around £4.5m to be raised in straight equity at around 1.5p on issue of around 300m shares". There are no Align notes that I am aware of ....perhaps you could post or enlighten us all to this. Why would the company raise money at 1.5p when they have just announced an $11m deal at 2.7p??? Think you maybe posting wrong information but would love your thoughts please?
Guys, think there is a huge misconception here Re: the CLN - the RNS last week is clear - conversion is FIXED at 3.14 euro cents a share - circa 2.7p. It is not variable. That means the new investors have committed over $11m at a 40% premium to here! Highly unlikely they would be putting that money in for a loss! I fully expect a 3-4p share price within the next few months.

This is an utterly game changing RNS. Read thoroughly but bottom line is Kazera will be on the receiving end of 9.13 Euro's which to you and me equates to 2.7p per share. 5p price target here!
To Pedrobull and other KZG shareholders.
Whilst you are correct in saying Align received a small amount of warrants for their initiation of coverage you are 100% wrong stating they do not invest their own capital in stocks they ascertain to be of sound value. This is especially the case in Kazera when from memory they invested £150k in the fund raising that was done somewhat after their initiation at 0.5p.
They have continued to be the companies largest and supportive shareholder.
I have personally read with interest their research notes along the way, many of which I have posted here for everyone to see, and this has helped me to develop a clear understanding of the Kazera management strategy and the general business model.
I believe it is unfair to post messages that are incorrect.

Think you are talking utter rubbish. I am most bemused by your inane comments. Go and get some therapy my friend ......you sound like a bitter and twisted individual who clearly hasn't seen the potential here. You are obviously a long time holder with your nasty and bitter vibes but may I suggest you put that in the past and look forward to more prosperous times pal?
Disagree am voting for these warrants!
