A fantastic response to this utter debacle regarding this fraudulent discounted placing.
I urge every shareholder to vote against this. As in stop these financial manoeuvre's which will line the pockets of those bent directors and Turner Pope.
I also urge all to vote to remove those AIM criminals from the board at the subsequent GM.
Please....for the sake of morality, and not the least shareholder value, please get rid of these criminals NOW!

Shareholders in Ironveld (IRON) will, thanks to Richard “nobody likes me and I do not care” Jennings of Align soon have the chance to oust Giles Clarke and Martin Eales. The former (Rugby and Oxford don’t you know and thus a terribly good chap who should not have to deal with plebs like Jennings) has accused the Align boss of being a bully. Yes, a ****ed off shareholder who complains must be a bully. Whatever. In the real world, it is Clarke’s own record that needs scrutiny and which is a shocker.

At least Eales can’t claim to be an establishment fellow. He studied sociology at Leicester University so really should have pursued that vocation and by now be working as a middle ranking diversity officer at Bath Spa University rather than destroying other folks’ pensions at Ironveld.

The track record of the two men is truly shocking with so many (broken) promises of jam tomorrow that even by the standards of the London small cap world this is a disgrace. Shareholder value has been destroyed by the two men. I expect the City establishment to rally round the two men as they always do. But can anyone read the letter Jennings has just published (below) and conclude that Eales and Clarke should receive anything other than a P45 and a dreadful reference.

Back Jennings, sack these two losers.

I presume as a client of HL your stock will be held in their nominees?
If so you need to contact either your broker there or their Corporate Actions Dept. and instruct them to vote on your behalf asap.
I have done exactly the same and voted against the placing in the first instance and the subsequent removal of the directors afterwards. I also want to vote somehow on those ridiculous warrants being issued to Turner Pope which is an utter fraudulent disgrace to the AIM Market.

I have just taken the time to have a thorough look at the stance taken by Align and would suggest you read below regarding the dilution. In my opinion the BoD are in essence doing exactly (if not more dilutive) than what they are accusing Align of.

Well not only are they, proposing that is, to dilute the Granny out of existing shareholders, line their own pockets and give the most preposterous amount of placing fee warrants I have ever heard of to TPI, then if there were humanly decent laws in place they would be in the dock.
Why are you cutting off your nose to spite your face?
This has to be to most bent, deceitful and thoroughly unlawful proposal I have seen in 30 years.
I urge all shareholders to vote against this ridiculous placing proposal for, if anything, their own pride and sanity.

I think there is every chance this placing will be voted down. Why on earth would any self respecting shareholder vote for a ridiculous diluted placing to line the pockets of those untenable directors? If those director's (using the word loosely!) had spent as much time and energy defending their fraudulent actions, running the company as we would expect, then the market cap could be easily be 10x higher. They are a disgrace to the AIM Market and we wonder why the reputation of AIM has come under question as a result of these and other company directors behaviour.
I strongly urge all shareholders to vote AGAINST this proposed placing to show all that these people cannot get away with blatant wrongdoing.

It is nothing more than theft and bordering on fraud the way the board has stolen money from shareholders!
Please vote off those idiots/thieves before we all line their and Turner & Pope pocket's again and again.

This company is worth at least 5 times the current share price if it had been managed by more capable people than those idiots at the helm. It is an utter embarrassment that the statements put out by them regarding this ridiculous discounted and dilutive placing is nothing more than feathering their own pockets even more to the detriment of all shareholders. I firmly agree with the stance Align have taken (their statement is copied below) and I strongly urge fellow suffering shareholders to vote against this proposed discounted placing and to remove these directors at the forthcoming general meetings as I intend to.

Having digested the recent news I do believe the shareprofets.com note makes absolute sense! Along with other followers I do believe, in these uncertain times we are in, that 5p is not an unreasonable target short term.
