This is possibly the most pointless RNS put out by the bent board in some sort of desperate attempt to get the stock above that crooked placing price undertaken by the devious board and Turner Pope. It was and still is an utter disgrace to all Ironveld shareholders and the AIM Market.

In fact I wouldn't be surprised if the the stock is suspended following an investigation into these alleged wrongdoings!

A more realistic scenario here is that Giles Clarke has been selling stock to hurt Align Research (as in Richard Jennings) after their ding dong with Ironveld. I believe that Mr Clarke probably regrets that now on this confirmation of money received!

Can I maybe suggest a reason for this....because it is all true!
