The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Anyone heard of any rumours of a Fintech business being injected into PCGE?
It now seems, following the board reshuffle, that the right people are now in place to sort out the long awaited licence deal in Mozambique. Assuming these agreements are negotiated in a fair manner then I can see no reason why these shares cannot treble. Have not been this positive for an AIM stock in a long while!
For anyone that hasn't come across this little gem have a look at the RNS announcements firstly on 17th April and subsequently yesterday. Combined they make fantastic reading and I can now see why canny investors are starting to get involved. With an imminent City roadshow planned, in my opinion, these things could rocket. I did buy some btw just below this level but am not a seller in the slightest. Fasten your seat belts chaps!
Pre tax profits will be significantly ABOVE market expectations!!
Am quite sure after reading this the shares could quite easily be the next OPTI........well even more on the basis that they are entering talks so soon into commercialisation discussions.
Following this RNS can see the shares on return open with a substantial re-rating. Wouldn't be surprised to see them 7/8p
Looks like the seller in these has been cleared today and buyers are sniffing. Think these may have a run now.
Not quite sure why you say there is a risk relating to the subscription not going ahead.......the RNS today confirms that it has!
It does not take a rocket scientist to work out what is happening here. Mr Reynolds has obviously sacked the existing, and most dismal performing, board to reinvent this business. With his track record, notably Optibiotix and Premaitha Health, one can assume the game plan here is to do something similar. What a marvellous opportunity to buy the stock ahead of the record date being 15th Feb which entitles you to participate in a warrant which exercise at 0.03p. Seems to me to be a no brainer!!
Considering React Group has a Market Cap of Circa £4m, with cash in the bank of £1.8m following the recent fund raising, I am astounded that these shares haven't doubled on this announcement. The revenues attributed to todays news could be conservatively £750k and with margins running at between 40 and 50% leaves the shares trading on a PE of 4 without any other positives. Not only is this the one side of the business involved in todays said news but the other acquisition they did is involved in the control and treatment of Japanese knotweed an extremely invasive and dangerous weed that can grow through and infiltrate concrete foundations of buildings. Assuming that they a do a deal with the Railway who planted thus stuff initially to hold back the sidings this is again even more lucrative than the numbers mentioned previously. Would certainly like to hear anyone's opinion's on my comments but to me the stock looks extremely cheap.
And if anyone has a spare moment there is a marvellous website.....just search Brian Henry think you will find it most interesting!
With utter amusement having read the last 3 postings. For starters I am not negative just realistic! They still haven't raised the money they said they had a month ago......sorry of course the rest is to appear in the next few weeks. When did you ever hear of any AIM company announcing that thy have raised money in tranches like this? Assuming the last bit turns up of course! Even so they are still cash negative and I think this is the issue you are all avoiding......the business is on a very stick wicket chaps. But of course feel free to puff your bulls!!! Think that's real dear boy!
I do find it rather sad that you wish to be so rude. I am merely commenting on the lack of announcements or updates that were promised by the company by the end of August with regard to the proposed fund raising. To say I have an insider is, as you comment, "malicious and rubbish" so I suggest you choose your words carefully in future. When you mention that these funds arrived last week it would only appear the only insider here is you. And if that was the case shouldn't the company have announced this to the Stock Exchange? Am so sorry to have annoyed you but in future I really suggest you keep your postings with an opinion rather than abusive which is all I am doing.
The writing is on the wall here guys!! NO FUNDING.....NO BUSINESS! Sorry to say this as a shareholder but I fear the end is near.....unless they can pull their usual rabbit out the hat, but isn't enough enough now?
