I just wanted to say thanks to SOG and Citizen79 for your invaluable input on this blog. I like many here I don't have a great understanding of all things chemistry and biology, but your posts give me great insight and partial understanding of what unbelievable assets Saruem has.

For anyone new to Sareum. This quote from the UKRzI granted funded Covid trial of SRA 1801 keeps me investing.

"1801 demonstrated a profile that was superior to the anti-inflammatory steroid dexamethasone and similar to baricitinib, a JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor"

A large proportion of illnesses are caused by inflammation in various parts of the body. To demobstrate this effectiveness in reducing inflammation is very positive for me. If we also get very little toxicology issues, this should fly. A market cap of £1 billion plus should be easily achievable.

You're always been a pessimist. The company was already valued at nearly £500 million in the past. We've come a long way since that valuation, and we have a much greater ownership percentage of 737. £1 billion plus right now, should be no problem.

I was just reading through some of Thoth2s old research and predictions. This was his post from 19th May 2022.

"If gsk progress chk1 combos. I think they will get some accelearated approvals. My fad packet is 2bn mcap just off chk1 royalties. Some big ifs and some patience reqd. Tyk2. Think otezla sold 12bn just for psoriasis but an approved drug. So im sort of 2bn to 20bn mcap depending on ifs and buts and timescales. But happy to wait to realise full value. Whats another year ?"

He thought that GSK would be our owner at some point in the future. Let's hope his valuations and hunches are correct.

If I remember correctly SOG, the great Thoth2 valued SRA737 at £800m alone, so add in 1801 &1802 we must be looking at £1.8b to £3.5b. When you consider the multiple indications that these 3 drugs coukd treat the value could be even greater. It just depends how deep the pockets of the buyer are! Fingers crossed for a very happy Christmas for all LTHs.

As I've said before, I believe 737 was stifled by its poor % ownership. Who wants to spend millions developing a drug only to get a tiny percentage of the profits. Now, SP has renegotiated the terms, its a lot more attractive to a potential buyer. They may even negotiate an even lower percentage for CRT to get a sale.

I, like many here, have had my hard earned money invested for over 15 years. If I only end up with 10x (£2 a share) I will be quite disappointed. I'm looking for a return of £8 to £30 a share. I truly believe, our CHK1 and TYK2 drugs are top notch and are worth billions to the right pharma.

My fingers are crossed for positive results from the extended Toxicology testing.

HBD, what I'm saying is, if you were an animal rights activist you're not going to be scanning obscure AIM company RNSs to find which companies are doing animal testing! Anyone can easily google what labs carry out animal testing. What I'm trying to say is Sareum could provide me, as an investor, with a lot more detail. They don't have to state they are animal testing, just more detailed toxicology studies. Then tell me the schedule of the testing with timelines. As an investor, I want to see continual progress and know the BOD are not just sitting around on their sun loungers in Barbados!

HBD, it's standard testing for small molecules. There are labs everywhere doing this type of testing every day. If activist wanted to attack them, they could just google it like I did. I would like to see more detail of timelines rather than another share price black hole forr 6 months where the price decays even further.

For me, I'd like to see some honesty from the BOD rather than smoke and mirrors. I'd like an RNS telling me what company they are using for the 2 species testing, and a thorough schedule with estimated timelines. I'd also like updates at every stage of testing to say when it is complete. I fully understand that they wouldn't want to divulge the results until every stage is complete but I'd like to feel more confident that things are moving forward at pace.

This radio silence is not good for shareholders! The delay in the extended Tox studies is now unacceptable. They promised in December they would be concluded by Summer 2025 but we appear to have not even started yet.

I sincerely hope the next RNS states that under AIM rule 14 the shares have been suspended pending an announcement. An announcement of a takeover! I've been invested far too long in this share. It's high time the Board deliver shareholder value.

For me when Sierra owned 737 the Royalty was not worth the risk. Now the risk reward profile is much better. Hopefully this is a good sign for an on license or buy out.

Great post SOG. Thanks for your insight. Based on you post I'm now wondering whether Tim was asked to step down as CEO by a potential buyer to concentrate on the new blood brain work? Who knows.

I'm just wondering and hoping that the CEO going part time, the revealing of 1801s ability to cross the blood brain barrier and the mysterious change of tack with the additional Tox studies, that we are are in the midst of due diligence for a takeover I'm thinking the additional Tox studies are a delaying tactic??? It all seems very strange.

I don't understand low valuations like £135 million or £500 million. Sareum was already valued at £500 million in April 2022. We've cone a long way since then and have established that 1801 has excellent properties to help inflammation. I believe the Covid 19 testing revealed that 1801 was superior to Dexamethasone.. Inflammation is the cause of many many diseases and illnesses, so 1801 has massive potential on it's own. £135 or even £500 million is under valuing our products in my eyes.

I hope that we sell for at least £700 to £800 million. I would be pleased with that as a good return on my investment, but it, in my opinion wouldn't be optimal. When looking at the Kymab, Sierra Oncology and Tekeda/Nimbus deals as a comparison I think Sareum is worth £1.5 to 2.5 billion. Our portfolio of drugs cover a very wide range of treatment targets and seem to have good efficacy on their own or in the case of SRA737 in combo. Our BOD have also spent a lot of time and money getting effective world wide patent protection. I only noticed yesterday in the blurb below the Chairman's statement that we now have patent protection in Japan.

With our latest Insitutional Investor it feels like we are in a strong financial position to get a good deal.

I've got everything crossed for a happy ending to the Sareum story. It feels like things are lining up nicely.

I've been investing in Sareum for over 15 years. I truly believe the drugs and the Skil platform are world class and will eventually sell for the right amount. Pharma is a slow burn with many regulatory challenges and hurdles. I think we are now in strong position, especially with a much improved SRA737 position.

I remember Thoth speculating that SRA737 was worth £800m on it's own. I think we have a portfolio currently worth in excess of £1.5 Billion but we need to find the right buyer.

Our board will I'm sure have had cheeky low offers, especially when it felt impossible to finance any company on AIM. We seem to be in a stronger position now. I don't invest in Sareum for £1 a share like Potnak seems to be pitching. In my eyes our drugs are Rolls Royce standard and will eventually attract Rolls Royce money. Fingers crossed this happens in 2025.
