RE: SDC-1801 UK NHS Trial?????23 Jun 2024 16:55
Yes, we have truly great potential.
I keep focused on the Covid trial results which for me de-risked our SDC-1801 considerably.
"The project concluded that SDC-1801 reduced the levels of cytokines associated with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in human lung cells infected with SARS-CoV-2 and demonstrated a superior profile to the anti-inflammatory steroid Dexamethasone and similar to the JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor, baricitinib"
For me this puts us in the potential valuation range of £1.4 - 3.5 billion (if you include SRA-737 and SDC-1802 in the higher valuations) when looking at similar drugs at a similar stage of development. When you think that Sierra Oncology managed to sell Momelotinib for £1.4 billion for the treatment of Myelofibrosis, Sareums drugs have a much wider potential treatment range so greater value.
Fingers crossed for a good summer! :-)
