Had Altair not sold them shares with the receiver dumping 1 mill blocks (still only a theory) i have no reason to think we wouldn't have still been trading above 1.10 minimum prior to the recent RNS, and possibly double where we are now due to the magnitude of the contract potential if we consider our current MC.

Who the buyer of the shares is and why they're selling is the mystery, but when they're done, i can see big gains.

The Company has been notified by Altair that, on 4 March 2019, it sold 136,363,636, Ordinary Shares, including 15,528,000 Ordinary Shares held by Ecofinance (GLI) Limited ("Ecofinance"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Altair.

Did we get told who Altair sold their shares to (before they exercised their warrants)? The time frame matches to what we thought (couple of months). The SP started to fall sharply from a healthy level of 1.30ish around 1st March

Agreed DBB. I've not found much up to now on who and why they are selling. These 1 mill block sells have been occurring for way to long for it not to be a major holder IMO

PSL (Photonstar LED) changed to BOU (Bould Opportunities) a few weeks ago, didn't affect the trading of the shares apart from a couple of platforms that seemed to mess up the change on their own systems, which lasted no more than an hour.
