There's no doubt funding for the projects is still a put off for some investors here, especially concerning Billingham. However with Pricey pulling off the first Phoenix contract in January, prioritizing more of these size deals looks by far the best option in terms of bringing in revenues in the near term. I'm impressed by his strategy.

Anything under 0.02 will be gobbled up pretty swiftly by PI's alone IMO

I've been looking into the possible direction of funding also King for the last couple of hours, the above link is IPs interview from September and at 9.30 he briefly talks about funding.

I feel Cobra will help fund Billingham considering they will be directly involved in the project with their own interests. Debt/equity appears to be the main route for atleast the smaller projects, whether this is the case for the bigger projects is yet to be seen but IP talks about debt/equity in a collective sense in the interview regardless of project size.

As DBB points out, a placing doesn't have to be much lower, and with the funds off the placing going directly into what looks to be a massively profitable project medium and long term, i wouldn't mind too much.

My guess is debt/equity with the small chance of a placing further down the line
