 The upgrade of the senior secured rating reflects an improved recovery following a debt reduction in its amend-and-extend (A&E) transaction.

The Stable Outlook reflects our expectations of continued EBITDA recovery in 2025. The completed demerger of Ingenuity, together with the debt reduction, makes for a big rating headroom build-up in 2025, sufficient to accommodate strategy execution risks aimed at profitability expansion and the potential of weakening consumer demand in THG's markets, especially the US.

I personally would be adding on any weakness.

If you have spare coin have a look at KEFI also, you may do very well. The shares are finally starting to fly and the spread really narrowed (it had been regularly 10%+ for ages) but now only 2%. Mms really looking for shares now, bidding in huge size. good luck.

Reality is spread has been so wide for ages but MMS are now gagging for shares and massively narrowed it. The shares are poised for a big move now (like it or not!)
