Why is this so cheap - just off radar right now?

One to watch or buy next week imo is KEFI. Monster volume yesterday and new 52 week highs. Concluding funding (which is expected in September) means a mine that is producing yearly cash that is more than two times the market cap. Don't be surprised if goes above 1p next week (roared to 0.77p yesterday) as they expect to make $250m free cash a year... and pay down all debt in year one lol.
