Okay Nick Tullock also owns shres and runs a company called Gas Rock in Kansas!

You think he is buying the Kansas assets from Zoetic and selling them to Gas Rock?

Zoetic are selling off all non-Hemp businesses i.e. natural resources of which was there main business originally.
Gas Rock are a natural resource company looking at Helium among other things????

You think they may merge under Nick Tullock and become 2 divisions of 1 company? That may have affected the share price yesterday if that was leaked out and a largish holding was taken in ZOETIC.

Beyond that what is your view, all very well saying this will help you, but some indication of the direction you are pointing would be helpful.

The 2 posts below are from Proactive investors, there are things here i did not know such as Path are buying the technology from Zoetic on top are paying 5% and now a new negotiated deal gives 6% to Zoetic..... bit like the oil deal ... no costs just take the profits i guess....... this is massive!!! It states the sale will go ahead next week.

It also states they are currently selling off the other non core businesses o concentrate only on the Hemp, Personally income from oil at no cost sounds like a better option at the moment till sales increase but the sale 8 wells will also give the company a very strong balance sheet and open them to many options. read the last 2 posts and see what you think! some of you may already know the below there are however newbies and others struggling for information like myself!!! so this is to share with those that are interested and offer meaningful discussion

Zoetic International PLC (LON:ZOE) has said it is expecting the completion of the divestment of the company’s legacy oil and gas interest, DT Ultravert, during the next week.

The CBD-focused firm also noted a change in deal terms which both advances the transaction to completion and in the longer-term offers improved value to Zoetic.

It has agreed with the acquirer, Path Investments, that Zoetic will receive a higher royalty over future production - increased to 6% from 5% - and it will accept a higher allocation of share warrants, to a total of 30mln. Meanwhile, Path will cover Zoetic’s professional and technical costs with cash.

“The company has agreed to the variation in the terms of the transaction, which remain an important element in Zoetic's strategy to exit from its historic natural resources business and transition to a focused CBD and hemp business,” Zoetic said in a statement.

2 sells at 10,000 each within a minute seriously, shorting the share, pretty desperate. will not change the daily outcome unless you have a very large number of 10,000 tranches of shares, even then the down side is too limited if not overdone, so short losses are going to be pretty big. buyers will continue simply because yesterday hit 00795.... returnrd back, market knows it has bottomed out and the RNS was actually not bad simply informative. massive difference. if they said deal had fallen through okay! but it did not simply delayed, we are now no different a company when we were 10+ just much cheaper meaning shares are now under-valued

I do not understand???? what has this got to do with ZOETIC? Nick and a few others have set up a company through companies house for the extraction of Gas and they have called their company Gas Rock. The vast majority of Company directors have multiple companies that have no connection with each other. So why would this be a surprise and why is it important????? I do not understand?

Very positive buyers are returning, seems to be all buying now..... still would be nice to know the reason for the deal not completing already, but obviously not serious, just administrative so i think we can safely say the deal will concluded very soon as the RNS suggests. Weren't they also looking at selling the oil? think it would be daft as brings us a good income with no cost. True have throttled the output but I think someone had said they had opened it up a bit so more oil coming out the 8 wells which will give a stronger revenue for this year. Really can't see them selling it as it is a steady income.... selling current assets in Nitrogen may be a god idea as strengthens the balance sheet and removes something that is not really revenue producing. Path and ZOETIC Intl are in the advanced stages of the sale so I guess an RNS will come out pretty soon. Personally, I am not bothered whether they sell or not as we can use the technology, sell it now or sell it later...... is not really a game changer. I am pretty sure we should hear shortly about the deal made as well for sales across Europe and the USA. Very positive!

With you guys actually, looking at it from all angles the down side is pretty limited and the upside will be greater. probably the price will head back to the prior price by the end of the day. The deal is not cancelled just briefly postponed and no sign of any issues!!

Okay, some not so good news, lower 7s here we come and a loss for me.... but not too worried yet!.... but like a bouncy ball it may fall but will go up eventually, 7s is kinda the drop point as i mentioned before and could drop further without good news.... but it will come i am certain. Be a short while before sale goes through, they are saying it will, but i am a little nervous.... anyone know the reason as not mentioned????

that good news HD, what is the breakeven on getting it out the ground. Oil at 0.39 is still a little low. has it been hedged at a higher price, I assume not if the throttle has been on.

The company has oil wells (about 8) that are working. There are no costs involved so the money ZOE get s is theres. It is not gushing due to the climate so income is low. (This was inherited frm a previous life as HNR)

Yep 3rd CEO you are correct. Change can be a good thing as is the direction of the company. Now the company is focusing on Europe. Time will tell as to whether this is a better market and seeds are being moved to Europe to grow. again we do not know but could be or rather should be better.

Distributors in States seem to have done very little but the new distributors for Europe appear to be promising will take a while for the sales to kick in. My biggest question would be do we have the products to sell? I can not see anything about this so if any one has facts o this that would be great (not of course they have - (based on no knowledge or fact)

A number of great ideas the company has had have fallen to the wayside.hopefully third time lucky!

IOFINA have had little success here, but if they drop out then that is one less competitor. this is a plus. They are also Iodine specialists so this is a secondary market, where as this is our primary market.

The products are good and we hear the advocating of this constantly which is great when shareholders use the products themselves.

But will this be a high flyer I would agrre short term no! medium term maybe! long term yes!

For now it will rise and fall based on the RNS

with what, as I said yesterday and got slated for it, this is an excellent company but it is nfuture potential and not now. The price will fall as this is what it has done for the last few years and rise on the strong RNSs . Until the company starts improving margins and sales the orice will continue to rise and fall and with out news it generally falls, this is reality. Don't fall into the everything is rosy and we are the verge of a pound and the everything is dire crxx neither are correct..... it is a work in progress company and it will shine hopefully but just not now.

I would love to see 10 again but aint gonna happen this week, the share price will show where it is really going the rampers and derampers are extreme in there views. I try to be central as do some of the other guys here. I have ben in this share and HNR for three years + and have lost a lot, alll through that time I have watch the posts of the rampers saying 50 p soon pound by end of the year and blablabla. There was a time I actually believed them and ashamedly joined the ramping more in a desire for a rise but from the 35p height it has fallen and fallen to 5 p and probaly below. when one person came on here saying there was a rights the rampers screamed abuse at the person and calling him her every name under the sun and the insults.... yet a week later there was indeed and the share price collapsed to 8p. the share price continued to fall and the rampers screamed the name of Richard Price as a saviour and unsung hero and constantly branding the virtues of all HNR were doing till RP left and the company changed leadership, changed name and changed direction. Now it even turns 6the highly muted nitrogen is not such a saviour after all. The oil has been muzzled to bringing a trickle out of the ground. Yet still the rampers scream the "the Seeds the Seeds" Is this all there is left now? Gradually all the great plans have gone pear shape. I am NOT talking this share down but if you are going to insult me because I have a view other than yours and am looking at logically and looking at the facts as they have happened then really I do not care! the share price will tell who is living in a world of reality. This share will fall and it will drop probably to the 7s simply because this is what history shows and I hope it does rise but cant see it. Ramp and insult as much as you like but just think how you look is the share price does go down. You say 10p again, of course it will but not this week unless a positive RNS coes out and no sign of that at the moment. sing away birdies!

I neither ramp nor deramp, I leave that for you guys,l A question mark means a question, I guess you can not answer the questions. I also stated in my view. I do not know the facts. but admittedly if we listen to you rampers we would be at a pound already. so you are beyond "tiresome". I believe this to be a very good share just I can not see it going up now, the future yes. That is not deramping, it is simply stating my opinion based on the facts as we have them.
