Ok Thanks, I knew about the 30 day delisting so no 7am get out clause then. Gutted, hopefully for all us LTH's something is sorted. I see from your recent spats with your friend you don't concur.

What is the legal standing here? Did they have to announce a nomad today or can they release a 7am rna (not rns) to announce a nomad and continue trading tomorrow, anybody know? I'm sure someone will.
Also I presume if one nomad has resigned and another has walked away under due diligence (if that's what happens tomorrow) then the chances of getting another one during suspension are slim to nil. I am invested here and I have been for 12 years, reasoned replies rather than the constant child like bickering would be a wee bit more helpful. Thanks.

I presume no-one who posts here has any idea why all the selling or they would surely tell us why? No Nomad? it can only be.

Surely as shareholders we have the right to be told by the company the reason given by Strand Hanson for the resignation. I have emailed the company asking this but as I have never had any reply to my previous questions I am not expecting a reply to this one. Perhaps some members here who have the ear of any GCM representative could ask the question.

Did Keith offer any explanation as to why the nomad resigned?

This bulletin board is almost as quiet as the GCM board of Directors. From what I can gather the agreements for both NFC and PowerChina expired, NFC have extended, PowerChina haven't yet. If PowerChina get back on board surely someone has given the nod that the green light could come, if they don't would GCM have to inform us officially that they have walked away? Is this a valid description of where we stand just now?

Phulbari, I thought 10 years was long term, now it's Hasina's successors. Looks like long term will out last me. Here's hoping for a change of mind due to current circumstances. Do you think there is any chance this could happen? I know you don't expect it but is there really no chance in your mind?

a few others also reckon Tang has convinced 2 chinese majors to enter into agreements to help him relieve us of our investments. The Polo delisting is worrying though. Gutted again at the retrace but I should know better after 10 years, always scared to cash in thinking that just maybe this is the time...onto next false dawn.
