Eh? I've always been under the impression there was.

The trades are often time-stamped later. I always look at the time of the trades later on as that's when you see a lot of big buys/sells going through.
Further R&D has been underway for months, Peel Hunt's Teaboy clearly didn't even bother reading the IPO presentation or the recent RNS and put out a valuation based on a vacuous misinterpretation of the business. HKK posted ample evidence yesterday, at what awful analysts they are. A joke.
Bunter, Agree, it's easy enough to dismantle his so-called analysis from a technical standpoint. In this frenzy not many are interested in looking that deeply at the long investment case, but that's where the real money is imo. Good ambitious management and top level tech expertise.
It's not a fair article at all. Doesn't cover the other analysts ratings @900+, plus it mainly focuses on the negative claims of Peel Hunt rather than pointing out other experts they `consulted' said it was fairly valued. No wonder DARK had to issue a rebuttal.
The proof's in the pudding, which is why Amazon Web Services and Microsoft were quick to collaborate and partner and why the sales have shot up beyond forecasts since IPO.
DARK will end up getting sold to the States where they actually understand and value the tech and the people behind it. What a terrible reflection on the UK stock market.
Good article in infosecurity magazine by Vice President of Cyber-Physical Security at Darktrace - Darktrace now cover across all all CISA critical infrastructure in the US: https://www.infosecurity-magazine.com/opinions/ransomware-systems-water-wastewater/ Not accounted for in Peel Hunt's considerably uninformed` analysis'.
For those who are actually interested in the company and why it's a longterm hold:

The user-name is already wallpaper to me, but I'm guessing the word `cult' was involved. Such a limited, unimaginative vocabulary. He should try swapping out the L for an N and in front of the mirror he'd see his true self. :-)))
I agree Watchman, it will be turbulent for a while. Lots of new usernames here to create fear/confusion to panic holders into selling cheap. Some are more subtle, some just laughable, some I recognise from AIM holdings as hanging out in little deramping gangs, to back each other up. They're lower than sewer rats imo.
My advic to holders is to filter them. They're simply here to get you to panic sell so they can trade. Why else? For the benefit of LTH? No. I bought more yesterday and confident in my holding here, but I understand the tech better than some. You only have to look at the client base and collaborations and partnerships for examples.
I won't be logging in much today, because I know what it'll be like here today while they're swarming. They haven't done their research on DARK, I have. They're not worth my energy. Will filter and report where necessary when I do pop by. GL all LTH. :-)
4thtotheFloor, I seem to remember you called someone a ramper on here for suggesting we'd get into the FTSE this year. HKK gave you two opposing analysts views, but you'd rather believe the one that caused the SP to fall? Funny way to act for a so-called long-term holder. Regulars here have always answered you politely. All in your posting history for others to verify.
If you have to resort to name calling you've already lost the argument imho. Enjoy your trading, I won't bother wasting anymore time with you. Filtered.
Agree HKK, for those of us who've done their research and know a bit about the tech, this just looks completely insane. I think days like this unfortunately show up the corruption at the heart of the system. The government won't deal with it as they profit from it themselves, so just a matter of time while the BigBoys fill their boots imho.
Just add to HKK's point - this year we've also seen collaborations and partnerships with Microsoft and Amazon, two of the biggest cloud providers:
