So is this a way of ensuring the company is delisted regardless of any shareholder vote ? If they fail to replace their broker are the shares just gone ? By that I mean not converted to privately owned as per recently proposal. Sorry,just trying to understand this mess.

I'm assuming it's a rolling 12 months ? When did BOO first buy and at what price ? The pessimist in me thinks they could just sit and wait until the 12 month window excludes their higher price purchases and just these recent ones. It was suspended for god knows how long after all. Have I got that thinking right ?

Are sure you have that correct ? The options granted today are at 57p I think ? Admittedly not that higher than the SP. The exercise of options at the lower price would I guess have been from a old offer to the ex employee?

Hi, question on short positions for those who know. When would someone like Jupiter have to declare the reduction in their short position ? For arguments sake if they were to start buying back in today, would that be tomorrow ? Just curious about how these things work, thanks.

Looks like that might be possible. Sell price a while back was 39.06 - now up to 39.65

You have to wonder don't you. Even caught myself wondering if AC is buying back in at a lower price.

There's an app called Freetrade - the low numbered / value trades are possibly those. You can literally by stocks with pennies. I saw it mentioned somewhere else so had a look. The buy / sell price is normally above/below what everyone else is paying, so the "free" (no fee) trades have commission built in I guess.

The annoying thing was that I found a stock I could trickle money into, not much. After two trades it became a "plus" stock which meant I had to upgrade to the £10 per month service. I tried another stock and the same happened.

Fair enough, if that's their business model - I'll pass.
