Roland needs to have a $50m enterprise deal in his sights, with part of that value being 2 free carry wells.

Gordon was the placing discounted as most AIM raises tend to be? I don’t think it was. Granted not a massive premium, not certain individuals on here would have you believe it was getting done significantly lower, and quite simply it wasn’t. I don’t control the price of the placings, I merely socialised what I’d been told. Unfortunately that didn’t play to certain peoples agenda. Anyway that’s in the past now.

I think you’ll find the CEO is very amiable with his communication with investors whether that be email or WhatsApp or any other communication medium. Perhaps you should try and drop him a line too.

EaglePI or is it MrInvestment or whatever your name is. I’m fairly sure there will be many not listening to you either. I for one am not and am not remotely interested in anything you have to say. Keep attacking me, keep showing yourself up for the individual you are. Others will make their own informed opinion. You add zero credibility to do with this share. Eagle ….think you’ll find that statement of yours is incorrect. I never said there wouldn’t be a placing, and if you care to check back on the price you’ll also find your statement is wrong. Must try harder.

Farm in will not take 6-12 months. It won’t take 2-3 months. I’ve asked the question today about timing and it is hoped it will be much sooner. Due diligence is under way. Commercial terms will have already been discussed.

The message regarding the farm in update could not be more clearer. It’s all in the RNS. People have sold because they haven’t got the first clue how these deals work, or are just simply impatient and want “Jam” now!

We are aiming to strive for a free carry on the two wells as part of the deal. Plug some numbers to that and say $10m per well. That takes into no account of the licence and field development plan upside. Look at December presentation $725m NPV, black and white.

Is $50m out of the question as a deal number? Perhaps not. If so the price/market capital today is no where near this.

Confirmation of the JV could come sooner than most people might be thinking.

Already stated in company presentations. Full field development of a 1TCF opportunity, with now due diligence and commercial terms being discussed with potential farm in partners.

The disconnect between share price and value is just simply ridiculous. Once the deal is announced in probably a very short space of time, this re-rates massively.

A few rattled here this morning and their agenda hasn’t worked. So obvious their memo. If you’re a genuine holder what is not to like about this RNS? The company is ploughing ahead with a commercial deal with a new partner and ordering equipment to advance field development. Makes me laugh reading all this on a Monday morning.

This is a very good RNS. You don’t go ahead and procure equipment and cost if you’re not confident of a deal being done. In plain black and white JV deal getting done. CCS will be massive for them.

I’ll state my position again, I’m invested in the stock. I like the risk reward even more now because of farm in news and CCS projects. I only want the SP to rise and for the enterprise value to be more actually reflected. Today based on the asset they own it doesn’t.

After a sabbatical away from investing due to major health matters and other personal reasons, I am very encouraged by the progress SYN have made under Roland’s management. Yes I still own shares and yes Roland is still very amiable for discussion when you reach out to him.

In terms of the rhetoric being discussed about institutional investors, he has confirmed that they are working on getting some invested. I suspect the farm in and CCS projects are the major catalysts to that.

iParsnip....I have 3p in sight when GSA signed. And then depending on what Tom updates the market with in terms of strategy and lets say there's an acknowledgement that EME share is up for sale, could see a run to 5-6p.

GSA announcement imminent > FEED study to be commissioned > potential full sale/part sale of EME stake in Duyung ($15-20m) > funds used to drill Topaz. This is by no means a dead end play.
