On the one hand oil price is low and companies are looking to offload some decent assets, on the other hand lending and credit lines have dried up

Seems to be the real future of Green energy, maybe they can get involved and stick a few billion behind that to accelerate the process.

Solar and wind lighten the load on Oil reliance but they are never going to be the final answer.

I distinctly remember these Warrant arguments on GGP when the price was 1.5p. They had a shedload of Warrants being activated and in the pipeline, however it was the strength of their assets which ultimately drove the SP

What price would Serica realistically go for given the RRE assets were basically valueless on this deal. Not moaning i made money and it’s AAs company he knows best but it does make you think twice when looking at other businesses, many in a weaker position than RRE
