Doug its really good to talk about different opnions and no one should be afraid to say what they are thinking two heads are better than one as they say.

They won't be able to raise $24mill through a placing they don't have the authority to do it and would have to be voted through at the Agm no one in their right mind would vote that through unless you like being diluted into oblivion.
