minority shareholder in Team Internet, regarding the purchase of the shares held by it,
contingent on the agreement with other stakeholders in accordance with the proposed plan

PP how can we explain this to you some bondholders wanted full payment of the bonds now. Hence the price drop in the shares.
72% of a 78% sample disagreed with them.
If the bondholders had all agreed to the payment now Mtmy would of been put into liquidation and they would of received nothing. Because the original share holders of Team internet have the right to buy back the shares at a big discount.

So 72% have said no we will carry on and back the company. The shareholders have also given a letter of consent to back the company!
The company are in advanced talks with Team Internet for the sale of the remaining 10%.
They have already had two offers for team internet.,
Team internet revenues were over $100million for the first quarter the second half results should be stronger.
The company believes that with full control of Team internet the bidders will up their price.
The 72% bond holders must believe this also as they are willing to wait.
So if all goes to plan Team internet will be sold for a lot higher price than $100million and bond holders will get all their money back.

Team internet is a growing company, Team Internet products currently reach more than 2 billion visitors per month.

In furtherance to the announcement made by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA)("Matomy" or the "Company") regarding the contingent voting proxy for immediate repayment of the bond to enter into effect as of January 30, 2019 (the "Repayment Vote"), the Company announces that the trustee of the bondholders (the "Trustee") has published the results of such vote in which the Repayment Vote was rejected by a majority.

The bondholders vote in respect of the Repayment Vote was quorate (78.44% of the bonds were represented). 72.64% of the bonds that voted, voted to reject the Repayment Vote and only 27.36% voted in favour of the Repayment Vote.

In light of these results the resolution in connection with the Repayment Vote has been rejected and the bondholders resolved not to require immediate repayment of the bonds pursuant to that voting proxy.
