Warrant holders if they are passed will want this sp a lot higher before they exercise them do you understand how the proceess works? The placees are able to buy 1 share for every 1 placing share they bought, if the price goes to say 4p they can buy and sell those shares on the same day it gives them immediately 100% profit and has not cost them a penny. This is why the placing was oversubscribed.
