Carlyle is known as a Hostile company and CHG is still to ocheap.Intrinsic value is much higher and surly the sp is heading significantly higher and beyond 5.50,even without bids! Note the trouble in Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Iran .CHG is a Strong BUY!

Never quite understand the SP movements of SKP...What are the MM upto?......Lots of positive news has failed to take the sp much higher then current valuations..Probably will be tipped in publications and papers soon and then zoom up like Medgenics did...SKP is now delivering and jam is round the corner...I think this will be the next Glaxo or AstraZ and the sp looks like it want's to take off...It will ! Strong Buy and hold.

Albion, good that you managed to buy some Chemring...I think the shares are still undervalued and should go a long way even without any bids....But more than likely it will get taken over around 5.50-6.00 level in the near term..Good Luck.

Brilliant to see CHG centre of spotlight....a lot further to go as others make approaches to a bidding war...General Dynamics of USA comes to mind.....Won't be surprised if BAE takes a renewed interest too.! BUY!!

India spends 36b on defence...if only part of it goes to chemring getting a licence in india and a further licence in the middle east, then surely the sp will take off...assuming the company hasn't been swallowed up by a US company before.....Interestingly, CHG did not RNS here, the last contract it was awarded in USA...

On the runway now, and ready for take off....It is also a take over target...
