I have adjusted your last post for you ! You know mate, ready foe when you sell. I know you will change your tone when you sell-up. So here goes;
- EIA guys,who always get it wrong, think that L48 crude oil production to decline through February 2021 because of extra Valentine's Day holidays. Production from new wells. For U.S. tight oil production will be back up to normal for March. EIA analysis shows that changes in oil prices affect changes in crude oil production with about a sixty-month lag. So we are fine for another 5 years ! EIA expects that recent increases in the oil price and in active drilling rigs will contribute to L48 production beginning to grow in the second quarter of 2021 and Oil prices will fall so that our Mate Ammu can buy back in again ! . Despite the steady increase in L48 crude oil production from the second quarter of 2021 forward, EIA expects that average number of times Ammu will change direction will be around 8 to 9. You just can't trust a "flip flop".

I think many traders/investors do not invest the time to really find out enough about the company's history, financials, strategy, products, services and people. They chase the share price !
Share price chasing without true research is dangerous.

What the boys have missed is that Enquest could be paying dividends in 2022. It's possible, it has been discussed on here and the question was put to the board a while back. Remember a 1p dividend per annum only costs 17m. A 3p divi costs 51m.

Current covid infections and deaths are running at double ours. That suggests to me the US media yesterday were right in saying that they thought their peak has not been reached yet !

I am talking about US, Europe and Asia getting much worse with Coronavirus over the xoming weeks/months, Before they get better. AND the thus effect on demand short term !

My only slight concern is that Oil demand recovery will not happen until H2 2021 or later. My reasoning is;
The UK strain of coronavirus has been "ripping" through the UK. We are leading the way ( hence it's called the UK strain in other countries ) . Everyone else is behind us on the curve. Indeed I saw on US news that they think their peak is still a month or so away. Therefore the US (under Biden) and Europe could still be operating a tight lockdown in February as they "catch up". Not to mention Asia and the Middle East. Our strain started (so they say) in Kent during September, so we are 4 months into it. Most other countries are at least a month behind us !
I do think by April that coronavirus will be in the "rear view mirror". Though not a far behind us as some are talking now !

Just to add, I expect all 3 things to happen "in time"

Sorry I disagree with the "diversify" bit. The big boys will come when we either;
1) Make enough money to seriously knock the debt down below 1billion.
2) We aquire new business generating 20-30k bpd, without adding to the current debt. (i.e. Magnus)
3) POO rises to a level where our revenue has grown so high we get into the ftse 250/350
