Looks like we will issue around 200-250m new shares to complete the GE deal. Total shares then will be just under 2B.
Lets use the 2B although we should have slightly less shares than that.
I for the life of me. can't see how we can't get at least 600m fcf. From a revenue of 1.3B. = 60kbpd x $60 per barrel.
Indeed we should be seeing these sorts of numbers in 2022 also.
With fcf of min 600m surely we must hit a market cap of at least 600m sometime in 2021.
M/C 600m = 30p share price with 2B shares.
My First ENQ target share price is therefore 30p - sticking my neck out , I see it by the end of June.

Last year in 2020 the company de-valued our assets in the balance sheet. We had large impairments and devaluation of our assets due to the massive fall in POO. Indeed our NAV went negative. I seem to remember a figure of 450m.

Now with much higher levels of POO than a year ago this surely needs to be re-dressed ! Our assets in the ground need to be revalued to a higher level of POO. Which could lead to another higher re-rate soon of our share price when this is done !
Not sure what could be added back but in theory every 170m is worth 10p. Lets see what they do in the full year results, which are out in a few weeks ! If they do this, which they should, it will keep the rocket flying !

More important is that inventories are now AT the 5 year average. They have been +7% above the 5 year. very recently. Stocks are falling. Looking good for POO, short term anyway !

POO just had a pullback, now recovering - So I guess it will be a "draw" and POO recovers it's loses today and goes up again !

25p break even for me ! We are on the way, finally !
Still a long way to go for the 60p Party. However She has shown she can move when she wants too !

1m bpd will not fill the gap ! "Temp" halt in proceedings. If Oil inventories show a reduction again, then POO will march back up again - along with our SP.
For once "the trend is our friend".

All I know is that there is a long list of reasons to be "Long" on POO. I struggle to find any to be "short".

I have visited most countries in Europe, but have never been to Sweden. Once all this pandemic is over I will visit your fine country. I wonder if Sweden will leave the EU in the future. And what would it be called - "Swexit" ? Sounds a little naughty to me !

Ursula von der Leyen is NOT from Sweden.
I think she is Austrian ?

I know why the volume is high in Sweden and not in the UK !

One of my friends phoned me to explain it all to me ! She said that the UK was like a "Oil Tanker" and Sweden was more of a "speedboat". It's all about seeing the future opportunity in Enquest and then reacting and buying shares. "Sweden have been able to react quickly to the recent news and buy shares". "Sadly the UK investors are still awaiting approval from their wives (which may take weeks) before they can invest in the company" . This delay will mean many UK investors will miss getting the best price. My friend Ursula von der leyen also said that she knows how they feel because she had a recent similar experience in her job.

Auctions are dangerous places.
I have always returned home with someone elses old junk . The fun part is the bidding and then "the Win ! " You feel great !
Then you have a close look at what you were bidding on !
Sadly when you look at the "old cracked, out of date, ugly plant pot that you just baught for £50 - You realise that you've been a fool, as it wasn't even worth a "Fiver"!.
Happens to me all the time, so now I don't go to them !
