The delay of the uc takeover may be intentionally masterminded by dB. He has the same tactics for vele where the board only meet end 2016 early 2017 to discuss the viability " on the back of a stronger and profitable spot price" By the time the uc come on our books it will be higher margins and the arrival of NC colliery from uc as well. Cza will retain roughly 37% More importantly, this cash injection will give us ammo to take over another junior miner, as is the ambition of David brown to consolidate the junior coal space in South Africa.
