In my opinion, they are getting bought out.

I would like to know more about our MOU with Schurter/CAPVIS and what stake they are going to take. We also have partnerships with other companies we should hear about shortly. I hope things become clearer this month with the results.

A lot of noise about the 0.015p. It just made me think about the warrants and yesterday it seemed to bounce from there. Who knows, I still don't know who actually took the placing back in April. I remember it seemed really touch and go back then.

Its an overhang of warrants at the price they were set at. Its like THEY always have shares to sell at the warrant excise. Its a bet on that.

Its long winded and my English is not perfect. I think, they buy back in at a low price=around this price.

My point is after the 29th all warrants will have to be declared sold or not. My premise is they want a good price to buy back in. The broker, Allenby. well use your imagination..

It depends if they buy back?

They are in a way. The excise price was at a price. when they could be shares. If the price is here well then there is no risk.

Free shares. Its the nature of borrowing when they were nearly bankrupt back in April.

Yeah. I assume they will sell and buy back in at the excise price. They may announce that next week and after the results buy back in. Makes sense.

They were always going to sell the warrants at 0.015/25. It drags the price down. They will buy back in at this level after the closed period. Warrants were set low at a low price.

Warrants were free shares at this price, a lot of them. Myles knew that.

They were issued at this price roughly. Sell and buy back at double the price like a couple of months ago? Doubt it. Just my opinion.

Schurter bought at@30/34. This a closed period. They bought after the MOU in July. Lets see if they and Cooley add after the 29th.

I think the share register will change. Hopefully Schurter take a big stake.

I am pleased with the news so far {since April}. I guess we get more detail on the 29th. I think the problem is the share register since the last placing is mainly traders. Cooley and Schurter have about 20%. That needs to change.
