Schurter have never annouced their position. Acccounts are being settled by Schurter's auditors . there isnt a shortgae of auditors, bright eyes.

In my opinion this whole thing is a negotiation. Its pretty simple to do a set of accounts. The delay obviously effects sentiment. Why didnt they just release them in September. They have said what the books look like.

He was buying back in September last year. I dont think he is a stupid guy.
