The ask has moved up again but the bid seems stuck so the spread is huge.

To encourage more buyers they really need to tighten the spread.

This is a really interesting share.

The Spread is always wide 30-50% which is disappointing.

But there's just under 14m shares in issue.

And the current Mcap (at 2.5p) is only £350k

This is such a small Mcap that means it can really move on the smallest positive news or rumours,

A Mcap of £1m would be 7.1p a share.

And this could easily see a much higher Mcap soon.

£5m Mcap would mean 35.7p a share...

That's an insane rise for what's still a very small Mcap.

If an RTO is coming though it might mean another suspension which could take a while... but could be huge.

Looks like it might be moving again, but the Spread is just insane here and always has been.

Buying at 3p when the bid is at 2p is crazy.

Would need 50-100% just to get a break even sell price. And anyone who brought last week would be selling there big profit then.

The Mcap is ridiculous though. So maybe it will see a good run to 10p...

If we can get up to £20-25m Mcap before the expected news this could easily see £50m - £100m Mcap very quickly.

Remember, even when all warrants are taken, that's around 770m shares in issue.

@£100m Mcap that's 13p each

And that could just be the start.

I wish there was a rule that after a consolidation they had to restate the historic charts so that it doesn't show that it's up a stupid % and all historical figures are updated to show what they are equivalent to now.

This would mean it's much clearer that this is still up a good couple bags this year, not some stupid figure due to consolidation.

Hope this works for the holders and isn't just a route to more placings.

Nice to see this steady rise continue as we await more news.

Much better than a pump on runout and big dump which a lot of other stocks have seen.

The Mcap here will be substantially higher when there's confirmation of how much gold there is and the confidence increases.

Even if all warrants are taken that would give us around 770m shares.

@ £50m Mcap that's 6.5p a share

@ £80m Mcap that's 10.4p

And this could easily be higher if the news confirms the expectations.

Because news could come at anytime which propels this forward to 10p, 15p, maybe higher and being in at 1.6/1.7 compared to 1.5 isn't worth the risk of not being in...

Today's dip will be done quickly and hopefully some news next week will push this to a much fairer Mcap.

The warrants were issued alongside the placing in July.

133m placing shares at 0.6p and 133m warrants at 1p to be exercised within 2 years.

This means it's been well known about for a long time.

It also means they didn't issue 2-3x as many placing shares to get all the funds up front, but were confident that the SP would be much higher than 0.6p within the 2 years so the warrants would be exercised and cash flow would be kept steady without another round of placing shares.

Yes it may be under the current SP, but it was agreed when the asap was issuing placings at 0.6p not 1p so the share has come a long way since then.

Just take into account the full potential number of shares and look at the Mcap it's still very much undervalued.

I think (correct me if I missed anything) that the current shares plus warrants is around 774m

This means at 1p that's £7.7m Mcap

At a Mcap of £50m that would be 6.5p

At £100m Mcap which could easily be surpassed with good news that would be 13p even if all warrants were executed.

There's so much potential here when they confirm what they have.

Getting the warrants out the way now is good as it means that either they will have been absorbed by the market or the holder keeps them but reduces the dilution when the share starts a proper rerate movement.

Always better to be very clear how many shares are in issue and how many may dilute that.

Everything here is pointing towards a big rise soon. Let's see if we can go to a Mcap of £50m + with the assay results.

Going to be interesting to see what news comes from a few gold plays soon.

Wishbone, Cloudbreak and especially Jangada are all looking like great options.

Aiminvesting I'd seriously consider splitting your risk if you are all in one company.

Maybe move some to a solid fund instead of a single company (I speak from experience after doing similar last year, huge win then big loss as didn't move it correctly)

It's been really good over the last month though as it's blond suffered from big spikes and a P&D action.

The rise has been steady and controlled.

Would be nice for a big 100% day on results, but need it to stay up rather than have dumpers bring it back down.

The stagnation at 1.7p seems very odd.

There's obviously big buyers around. (2 £20k purchases and a substantial amount of 250k share purchases)

Wonder how long they can hold it back with the buying pressure being so strong.

This could get up to 3p easily this week, maybe even 5p + with good results on an RNS.

There's definitely the potential to get upwards of £50m Mcap and overtime a lot higher, if things go well.

But unfortunately it seems to be a traders game of P&D until a proper rerate continues.

The year so far has been strong, but it fluctuates a lot.
