All,Taking me a while to catch up on the bb reading back in the company's im invested in,but wow there has been some really shocking posts on here at times......peeps like me are going to defend the share there invested in because its our money and our choice what to invest in....And on the other side i can see why people get anxious when they see there investment not doing very well...we also don't know there circumstances they may need there money back due to ill health or financial reasons....so everyone just a little understanding on both sides please.... i lost my best friend recently with a brain hemorrhage at 53...and im just returning after fighting ill health for the third time, come on life is to short good luck all..

Transaction in Own Shares

Water Intelligence plc (AIM: WATR.L), a leading multinational provider of precision, minimally-invasive leak detection and remediation solutions for both potable and non-potable water, announces that on 3 October 2019, pursuant to the authority approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting dated 28 June 2019, the Company purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 273 pence (the "Transaction").

The Ordinary Shares which have been purchased will be held in treasury. Following the Transaction, the Company holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,947,371 shares (divided into 14,747,371 Ordinary Shares not held in treasury, which are admitted to trading on AIM and entitle the holder to one vote per Ordinary Share; 2,200,000 B Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each which are not admitted to trading on AIM, but do still entitle the holder to one vote per ordinary share, but carry no economic rights) which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Share buy back with Watr....perhaps one day we can have one here when the company are making a profit.....How long that will be no one knows lol...

As much as i think the sp should be higher thats down to the market at present....just look at other shares out there in the same position....were very close now to the rocket launch, i still think the sp will show a truer reflection next year...we've waited this long whats another few months in the big scheme of things.....And then we can truly judge our investment good luck all and as always DYOR....

Update re Ceremonial Signing of MOU

Further to the announcement of 3 May 2019, Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite coal mine and mine mouth power plant located in the south-eastern Sindh Province of Pakistan (Thar Block VI), advises that it received confirmation on 14 May 2019 from Beijing Jingneng Power Company Limited ("Beijing Jingneng") that the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"), ceremonially signed on 27 April 2019 by representatives of Beijing Jingneng and PowerChina International Group Limited ("PowerChina") and Oracle, as announced on 29 April 2019, is only ceremonial and does not replace the Memorandum of Understanding announced on 27 March 2019 ("March MOU"). This is in addition to the clarification received from PowerChina on 2 May 2019.

As such, the Company and its partners consider that the March MOU remains valid.
