This is an example of how the tests are bedding in well and reason why Penny should disclose margins because if this company was given the full 12 months the Boots products would demonstrate huge growth and profit 💯.

Remember this is just online sales and they are also in 800 stores.

Boots openly admit a shift is coming and 68% of people are looking at prevention. When you read this you understand why they want MHC on the cheap

Look at GDR recently when shareholders stood up to the board and voted no on an issue.

The share has rocketed.

Let’s be honest and say it as it is. The board have no really bought and shares because they clearly knew what the plan was. Amazing you own very little shares but can destroy the value for shareholders who actually put their hands in their pockets when required.

I hope this can be replicated and we get a no vote.

If Penny doesn’t share the same passion she she did over the last few years then nothing stops her from relinquishing the top spot to someone with passion and vision.

I have championed MHC for years and prompted the vision despite many saying otherwise but I’m truly saddened by the betrayal from the board is Directors manor in how they’ve done this.

Many companies would have been transparent but not MHC. It’s clear shareholders have been strung along inorder to get the products ready for Boots who know how much shareholders cash has been burnt. If it’s allowed to go ahead then it gives the green light for other companies to follow this example.

MHC could easily have raised cash next year if required but that’s if because with good marketing and promotions they have game changing products that can change the NHS and save it millions.

Wes Streeting has already expressed his wish for Pharmacy’s to play a role in helping cut waiting lists etc.

Penny mentioned the need for government changes because she knows what is coming.

My point is we could have given the 12 month contract with Boots time. Instead after a couple of months we get this news with no figures on current sales just figures upto the months before the new products were launched.

My interpretation is if they disclosed it to Mercia this would be insider trading.

I do not believe they have done this as a shareholder with 10% of the company or someone with one share is equally a shareholder and governed by the rule of conduct.

This is why I say it’s a strong possibility it gets voted down and then we get full transparency on many fronts.

If the board resigns then there is many millions left for a new board to salvage a decent deal or conduct a strategic review.

I would hope for Penny to listen to voters and extract a better deal or do the justified thing and use the money to promote the products and take on new viable contracts to increase revenue.

Also Penny and Boots are banking on Wes Streeting adding somebody of the products to pharmacy first which would create value of 10x plus over night.

Why is it that companies like ABDX that have less cash haven’t sold out to Boots. They clearly value shareholders.

I say vote no and because most people are already sitting on 90% losses so why allow certain individuals responsible to benefit.

Where does it mention delisting as I never seen anything about this. I would assume it opens the door for other suitors to take a look. Equally a better offer tabled.

Trls just stated a few months ago it’s running out of cash and may delist however its shares how gone up four fold.

MHC has a footprint in Boots and products that have the ability to reshape the NHS and way patients are tested etc.

15m of Covid money spent to sell the Crown Jewels for 2.38m and leave 5.7m to say to Adam try again is a kick in the teeth.

If Stephen and Donald both vote against it there’s 14% against. How much do the company need to win the approval.

Surely all large shareholders must be against it other than Penny and the Chairman.

Look online and you notice how well the new products have bedded in and selling well without advertising.

The cost for the new products has already been occurred in the figures.

The board know next year will be massive in the diagnostic testing area.

They could easily have put themselves up for sale so we have transparency and open to other offers.

The new tests are selling well and I see next year figures looking much better. Those figures the company put out had all the cost for new Boots tests in.

I hope it’s voted out.

Then we will see a company like Medpal look at it hopefully. They have just come to market with a valuation of over 36m and the digital health sector. They could easily pay twice this offer to get a foothold in Boots

With Medpal currently sitting on market cap of 37m I feel it could be wise to look at MHC and make a quick approach to company given its current value and fact it’s established and in Boots.

Truly I think it’s a terrible deal.

ABDX and Trls with little revenue are slowly climbing however we have products and 5m cash and a market cap of 4m.

Sorry but this stock had potential and Boots know it’s a steal and I hope there’s a way shareholders can extract more from the deal but some one else will need to advise if a new offer would come if the deal is rejected.

Also would Penny still resign and would she be eligible for the bonus if it’s not sold.

I personally thought any offer would have been above 20p based on where the company is and cash still available.

The company haven’t offered any figures on margins for the new Boots own brand and any updates in early sales progress. I think Boots have made a cheap offer knowing that shareholders don’t know the margins and early sales figures.

I genuinely feel and hope shareholders can push for a better deal but I don’t know what happens if it’s rejected truly.

Could a counter offer come!.
