My opinion is large shareholders Mercia,Donald and Stephen controlling the direction of the share price. Between them and Adam they hold nearly half the stock so whatever happens they will be involved 💯.

How do we know hasn’t been done already.

Sometimes we get it right and sometimes wrong

The risk is for the individual but all to often I’ve watched people chasing whilst the risk takers at the beginning are off loading.

You guys are 💯 it will be suspended however upon return from suspension it will rocket subject to confirmation a deal is confirmed.

I also agree everything has risks however remember to focus on company actions and buying etc.

I would also agree I’m mad to be committed however sometimes I’ve found out there’s a method in madness lol.

The bulls see this going up but for some reason I still believe we need a positive RNS.

Either way buying now is definitely cheap stock

I would love to agree with “up we go” however I still feel the real jump will come when news is confirmed regarding RTO. This will happen when the company has completed its buy backs. The fact is though only they know how many shares they require. This will rocket once a RTO is announced and any shares under 10-11p are cheap dirt cheap.

However if the company wish to continue buybacks they will have to move quick because the price will move quickly if any leak of news.

I strongly advise any shareholders who bought in under MHC and are sitting on huge losses the only chance of recovering any move is buying in cheap stock and sit on them until news.

This share is behaving like a share that has someone with a decent holding off loading because the company are buying back. The Chairman buying back and yet it hold below 8p. I can only think the company has an order for shares at low price. Equally I would guess only large share holders have any quantity really. I have seen any RNS indicating large holders selling but it’s clear company and chairman buying.

May take news to get this moving but when news comes it will definitely impact the share price.

Everything has risks but follow the buying activity is my advice.

I personally think they know the cash price per share is 10-11p and know if and when a RTO is announced it will move higher quickly and they will show profit on the shares bought and cancelled. They can release them back if the share price goes up significantly

Strange things is there’s been more buys in the last two weeks than there were sells from 11p however it ain’t moved.

Also where did the 200,000 shares come from because all I’ve seen is enough shares sold to cover companies and Adams buys.

So surely one would expect 200,000 to cause a stir.

No RNS regarding this 200,000 trade.

Therefore I guess it’s either Donald or Stephen building a position or a new investor!

I genuinely thought a company purchase at first sight or Adam but no RNS suggests otherwise .

So who’s building a position!
