Shareholders could see the Market Cap rise as it’s realised that MHC has put a plan in place which is funded by ongoing revenue from Covid without the need to dilute shareholders.

No debt and 6m in the bank along with new deals and a Boots deal for phlebotomy testing which is due anytime will ensure revenue ramped up 2nd half.

Is the time to look at MHC as true growth story just arrived!!!.

The strange thing is all they had to do is raise more cash at over subscribed 50p years ago to be debt free. Instead now buying back shares with shareholders money. Who could make it up!!!

After going over this that was put out today I quickly realised that 49% of the shares are tied up by long term holders.

I had originally thought it was a third but actually nearly half of the shares tied up.

That is quite significant and maybe tomorrow we may see a RNS to clarify the 250,000 transaction today.

They are clearly stocking a full range so clearly MHC will probably deliver direct and pharmacy2U collect a commission I suspect.

Pharmacy 2U have a decent volume and growing so one expects this to pay off.

2m hits per month and MHC has the potential to capitalise on this is a significant deal really given the potential. MHC definitely looking to capitalise on the online market and pharmacy 2U use social media across different platforms so hopefully MHC benefit.

Is MHC now vulnerable to a takeover given its declared plans and common knowledge a deal with Boots to be confirmed soon. Share price falling to 6.5m market cap however we still have over 6m in the bank. Second half revenue to be more so I see the news today and share reaction making us a little vulnerable to a takeover.
