If it’s correct that children will need PCR tests for Spain accompanied by there parents then you are absolutely correct the revenues will continue.
I think we must also remember it won’t be long before holiday season so I’d expect tests to continue selling strongly but this is dependent on rules from other countries.
In the Uk many people testing positive via a LFT are not getting a PCR so the figures are made to look better in my opinion but the rest of the world are not easily fooled and will insist on PCR testing and fit to fly.
MHC need to have good news regarding new products soon so the markets can see new revenue streams.
I personally think this will happen but I also believe we’ve been punished harder than expected because of our lack of new product delivery.
I think we could easily have a few consecutive RNS updates as new products are launched which could easily see our shares move higher quickly but equally any delays could see them go down even quicker. So good news is essential and I believe we won’t be disappointed. The recent price could prove to be cheap but I want to see a follow through on good solid momentum to be totally sure as the constant wide spreads are keeping us back. When the spread narrowed today the buyers came out but the spread keeps widening after a good run. Anyway we finished blue in a depressed market so I’ll take that.

I am passionate about Staffline as I’ve been in this stock for many years and watched it transform itself from a company destined to fail two years ago into a company that could potentially be a massive growth story. The previous management nearly sent it bust and the new board have done an excellent job turning it around. The company now makes underline profits that are projected to double even though I’d like to see revenue growth better. They’ve cut the loss making parts of the company and stated clearly that Ireland is performing ahead of expectations and all sectors are firing ahead. We’ll soon see on March 22nd.
I think they will possibly talk about dividends next month as profits increase. They’ve already said they have large investors who know the value of the company and are clearly worried about a takeover bid coming. I also believe some one is building a stake as I notice large unknown transactions keep going through. This happens a lot when someone is building a stake on behalf of a third party. This is just my personal opinion.
I do own shares in Staffline but always state my personal opinion on the information out there from updates etc. Nothing is 100% in Staffline at the moment but it’s clearly trying to hold around the 200 day moving average and could easily move either way on any update. Hopefully higher as the price seems to showing stability in my opinion. Close to re capitalisation price so also seems a good entry knowing we’re on solid ground now and the shares were fully subscribed at 50p when things were uncertain. Looks to be a great growth story but 22nd March will make things clearer however the price could easily move higher in anticipation of good results.
They’ve told us what we need to know now we need them to deliver on what they said they know.
There is the problem of lack of of staff in certain areas but this compensated by the fact they are able to increase margins because of the supply and demand issues. I think they addresses this the presentation recently.

If the spread keeps dropping like it did Friday I’d expect heavy buying and a positive week.

All areas of the business increases profits and Ireland bounced back significantly as a result of Covid restrictions being eased.
In the update in October they said They were cautious as regards the impact of Covid. They never mentioned any such caution last month. They also seem to be preparing us for great results.
Not long left before results. Will we see a run up prior to results. The shares appear to have built a bottom and stabilised.
My only worry is a take over looms as the company is so cheap the hawk eyes must be ready to pounce.

MHC is still well placed to bring in millions in in profits from its Covid tests whilst using the profits to bring other products to market. This is a smart strategy but a company that the market needs to be reassured on.
As soon as the new products are launched the markets will react.
What we do know is that they won’t need any further fund raising so that in it self is a positive.
Not many companies making the profits we are so I’m still happy but know it’s going to take longer for the markets to rerate us.
The spread don’t help and the overall market sentiment is low.
Given the sectors were in I don’t see inflation effecting us so that’s a positive thing unlike many companies.
This share could easily jump massively prior to results next month if any RNS drops regarding new products.

Starting to show strength watch it track the price it was 200 days ago. Up she rises. News flow fantastic. No fund raise needed. Underline profit’s doubling.
My only concern is a takeover battle begins as this is one hugely undervalued company. Nearly a billion turnover. Main sectors such as hospitality opening up rapidly. Expect a beat on upgraded figures on 22nd March. These share will be a missed opportunity in a few months as they fly past £1.00.
It’s all in the figures and delivery from the board.

It will rise just give it time

Just listened in again and the investor meeting was extremely helpful in clearing any worry potential and current investors have. Net debt reduced from over 80m to just over 1m. Underlining profits almost double and an exiting forecast for 2nd half of 2022 as the travel industry and automotive sectors re open up. Concentration on organic growth rather than M&A is a wise strategy and the fact they’ve strengthened the balance sheet significantly is extremely positive.
I believe they will deliver even better results than expected in March and also expect new customers to be announced on the way.
They are clearly aware that they are vulnerable to a takeover but stated main shareholders know the value of the business so a takeover would have to reflect a much higher share price.
Patience is definitely required but expect further positive write ups as confidence is restored with a board being honest and laying its cards on the table.
The fact they were so clear and honest bodes well for the positive improving fundamentals at Staffline and I’m in it for the long term so happy with the overall presentation.

When people throw in the towel it’s a time to get exited. This is not just a Covid stock and soon enough we will get the bounce but not while we have such a huge spread. I believe in the board and expect another great year with the new products coming to market.
At least we have loads of cash and won’t need to go running to investors and diluting shareholders value so I’m not panicking.
You have to be in it to win it so I’m in and expecting the be a winner but it’s gonna take a while longer.
I think we all need to just relax and all good things come to those that wait.

Tomorrow will be a big afternoon for Staffline. The board have the opportunity to clarify the position and strategy of the company. I personally believe it could well be the catalyst we are all waiting for. The price is still around the price 200 days ago and see tomorrow helping us to move up.
Gattaca has recently strengthened whilst we’ve done nothing despite positive write ups from analysts at Motley Fool etc.
I’m looking long term with this and positioning myself for a minimum of two year investment.
I genuinely feel the company is now in a extremely healthy position in a strong sector and once Directors buy into the company after the update recently the markets will take note.
The only set back was the slight rise in revenue but people failed to notice the underline profits increase.
Let’s see how the presentation goes tomorrow.

I get what your saying but look at the sells today and then the buys. According to this site it’s saying no buys which is totally inaccurate. Seriously don’t get this one. The share price rose slightly on what is showing as all sells.
Something don’t seem correct as there must be a buyer and seller for every trade surely.!

I think the spread is killing us. They tried to push up to 1.90p to buy but got taken back again. I personally think we’re close to bouncing but no clear signal yet. If the spread narrows and they try to push that would trigger a buy for me but with this spread I don’t see a real incentive to increase my holdings but watching for a signal.

At 14.51 I brought 9083 share at 54.99p
Which is shown as a sell so don’t know what’s going on. The after hours large trades are showing unknown so really don’t know what to say about the buys and sells at the moment:
So strange but let’s see what Thursday 2pm investors meeting brings. Hopefully some one quizzes the board about potential dividends. Seriously think we are undervalued but the markets are brutal at the moment.
Perfect opportunity for long term holders in my opinion.

I think will have a huge rise soon. Lots of reasons to be positive

200 days ago from today on July 20th the share price fell to a low of 53p and then rocketed to 92p prior to results. The share price closed Friday at 55p so are we about to have a change in direction and see a bull run.

I certainly believe this is possible but the weeks ahead will give us a clearer view but the fact the price bounced of the 53p low in the week is certainly a positive indicator.

Staffline has had a terrible time even though the results are predicted to be ahead of expectations according to the recent update. Results out 22nd March. Let’s hope we get a new contract or two between then and the market sentiment changes. We are still above the price from 200 days ago which was 54p so let’s hope we can start flushing out the final shorts. Let’s hope we hold the line and break the to the upside. It’s been a terrible year for Staffline holders but patience could be about to change I think. Food luck all.
