This is the way things are going. Business to be done with large companies etc for MHC. I’m they will announce B2B deals soon enough

Looks like a large buy of 130,000 share 55p pulled it back up. It held up well given the overall market

The spread has narrowed to 15%. Time to top up I thinks

Given the government are dropping all the rules left in place on covid guidelines etc this week it would be easy to think MHC will suffer.
I urge people to consider there position carefully as dropping the rules and need to isolate plays directly in MHC hands.
I bet your thinking I’m crazy or deluded by I ask you to think about.
1, The free tests LFT tests provided by the government are set to be scrapped meaning the private providers like MHC will still have a need to supply them as the onus to protect work forces will be put on companies etc. The companies will still have a duty of care to protect employees.
2, The need for fit to fly tests will be greater than ever because other countries will seek reassurance that travellers are free from Covid and knowing the government are dropping the free tests will want to be even more careful as the one great thing to detect Covid is removed.
3, now the government are rolling out vaccines to children so the countries they intend to travel to for holidays will insist on fit to fly tests for in vaccinated children.

Just my opinion but this could be an extremely positive call for MHC who are in a different position to a lot of other companies.
I wouldn’t sell mine at these low prices and will be adding as I free up funds.

Hays saw like for like fees leap 33% so it’s clear employers are willing to pay higher prices for staff and supply and demand becomes real.
11% rise in gross profits in a company with nearly 1 billion turnover and a market cap of just over 90m.
Not vulnerable to inflationary pressures like other companies as no raw material costs etc however vulnerable to a take over. Sounds like a place to invest in my opinion.
Just need the board to let us know HRNET are interested so we can have the full books opened up so we can see the real value.

So much positive talk about Staffline. They good write ups keep coming thick and fast. This will pick up pace shortly but expect rumours of a takeover shortly as large investors such as HRnet pounce as the realisation its growing rapidly again sinks in.

I forgot to mention the fact the board are well aware the extremely low price makes us vulnerable to a take over at these levels. This board mentioned it in there investors meeting but quickly stated the large investors are well aware of the value within Staffline.
This sounds like a board who are nervous and gearing up to defend a takeover approach.
Seen this with the takeover of the AA but the difference is the AA we’re loaded with debts and we are now stronger that ever after the capital raise last year @50p which was used to clear the VAT bill. No issues with Covid lockdown scares anymore so I think the road is clear but strongly see a takeover fight coming shortly

I think fools are actually putting an excellent argument across and I also think they missed a few things out.
Staffline are able to pass the cost of increased labour costs onto the customers as the supply and demand for labour is increasing with people to fill the vacancies. Companies are willing to pay extra to get staff as there’s a great shortage of workers and no shortage of positions to fill. I think we are therefore less affected by inflationary pressures than a company who relies on raw material for example.
The article doesn’t mention the great track record of the new board and the fact they have been so transparent after the disgraceful behaviours of the previous ones that nearly sent us under.
Any talk of new contracts from private companies such as Amazon etc or a reinstatement of future dividends at some point in the future could be met by serious share buying from institutional investors who are aware of the long term growth story.
This will come down to what they say on March 22nd but the fact they had the investor meeting tells me they know they will satisfy and please the markets.
I wouldn’t dismiss the Motley Fools write ups as there’s a few analysts singing from the same sheet on there over the last few months and this unusual in my opinion.
Also I’d like Directors to buy to give us more reassurance the company is the right track. Good luck but I think there worth adding and tucking away for a few years as profits increase dividends will return for sure.

I understand what your saying but remember Covid is what put this company in a healthy position and continues to bring in huge revenues. However I would love to see an RNS fall updating us about new products. I have issue with being associated with Covid as without it they would have definitely needed further funding which would of meant a share dilution following a capital raise.
MHC is in a healthy place and as soon as they release news on new products it has the ability to jump 50% in a day however that’s just one possibility. It also can fall further with a spread like we have and no news. Personally I feel it’s a solid stock with huge upside and will be adding shortly but watching the spread.
Tuck them away and relax or add while at low share price.

QBT is one of the stocks with most potential in the area. Any news which is due any time has the potential to move this share massively. When others fear it’s a time to be getting greasy. Our day is coming

I missed the investor presentation the other day and couldn’t believe how I did that. It’s crazy how things happen.

Listen to the recent presentation to investors. They actually state they are expecting to release results in the 22nd March. So yeah that’s exactly what they say so hopefully a slow rise until then.

The spread is once again killing any recovery in the share price. 28% is totally ridiculous but watch closely as it will narrow soon enough and may present a buying opportunity.

Share were up 10% after update in January but since then have given back the gain.
Said underlying profits were expected to double to 10m so think this should be positive. Paid all the VAT owed and has money in the bank.
I think the future looks bright but would love new contracts to be announced to give us a boost or see Directors buying if they are able to given results due in March. Think they are up to 30 days prior to results to comply with the rules.

Many other companies going back to investors for capital raises as cash burn and lack of share appreciation bites.
At MHC we have no such issues so I’m totally happy although the share price is subdued.
Money in the bank and continued revenue and new lines of revenue opening up shortly it all bodes well for shareholders if they deliver on new products.
I’d always say judge a company on the boards performance and they have delivered strongly on everything they said. All be it were waiting patiently for news of the new products.
Amazing how the markets are taking down good stocks who are making profits and don’t need any further cash injections while debt fuelled companies such as Cineworld go higher. This sentiment will change as the markets realise we are not effected by inflation etc as the any extra costs can easily be passed on to the customer unlike many companies who are effected by inflationary pressures.
All we need is patience and board delivering the way they are.
This stock market has changed dramatically over the last six months and it’s time to pick the individual stocks in sectors that can survive and thrive rather than a whole sector.
MHC will be around long after Covid has gone although it’s going no where anytime soon.
