Clearly YGEN need a woman to to show how it’s done. If contracts come in at YGEN ask yourself why the board have let it collapse first. Please don’t say market don’t matter. How do you judge the size of a company without Market Capital. 13m MHC and 3m YGEN and the argument YGEN is bigger don’t wash. Total failure whilst MHC has been run prudent and efficiently. Yes things can change very quickly as YGEN proved but hopefully MHC can prove to be able to grow however I await an update expected to confirm MHC is still delivering great growth. Do not think MHC can’t buy YGEN with a joke Market Capital of 3m and possibly liquidation as the money raised will only last 10 months

You know legal action wouldn’t achieve anything but I agree no one will have trust in the board. The shares have been so badly diluted it’s hard to see value without contracts etc. The only way out as I see it is a buyout and that way the board would be all sacked in my opinion.
I’ve reluctantly took a punt at these levels but a punt is all it is as I personally see a takeover not a stand alone company.

I’m sorry to here that you’ve lost a lot of money but I think your support for legal action is clouded by the financial loss however legal action would only lead to more financial pain.
What crime has he actually committed! His a failure and needs to be held accountable and removed before the company goes under but who and how does this happen. He needs to be voted out at an AGM but the fact the board are lending the company money to help the companies survival makes it near impossible to remove anyone. In the end I do see YGEN being sold and the board getting a premium for cash invested and the only way you get your money back is participate in the fund raising and hopefully it comes good. Just ones opinion

Why would anyone want to participate in the fund raiser then advocate a court hearing. Is this really in the best interest for shareholders who would be better letting them try and concentrate on turning the company around without distractions. Also you forget that the board participation in buying large quantities of shares actually makes them more powerful. It was disgusting and disgraceful failure and heads should role but legal action isn’t the answer

Why do feel MHC isn’t big enough to buy YGEN given the difference in Market Cap and the cash position of both companies. YGEN once was a larger company but given share dilution I think they are primed for a takeover. They would struggle to fend off an takeover attempt

When everyone takes up their allocation then we get lift off. If you don’t take it then it suicidal and your opportunity to average also. They could and should of sold out but they need our cash for another 12 months pay for doing sweet fcuk all. In truth they got us where they want us and we’re all hoping they deliver. If you think YGEN can tell lies just read the bull from the Chinese officials. I see problems ahead in China with both inflation and labour shortage unfortunately as they will suffer the same fate as the uk

Yourgene is still afloat and hopefully can rebuild from here. It’s clear they have decided to put everything on the table and come clean in 2022 and hope for a better 2023. The market will either see it as an opportunity or it sinks in 2023. I suspect some of the board will be replaced.

When Turkey offers 55% wage increase then we have a problem in a G7 county.
Nurses and yes key workers never had furlough that Rishi dished out to fraudulent claims. They continued to work and pay taxes whilst many sat home.
Now many can’t afford there homes and some need food banks I think it’s a good reason to post on here. Given the response it was valid.
Maybe we should offer special rate mortgages for key workers!

Good to get your view. Looking and reading the last update they did say something like they expected to be ahead of 2021 results if I recall but the silence isn’t helping. Quite shocking really but what happened with the Amazon deal. Also how difficult is it to negotiate new products with Lloyds and Boots. I also hope our Chairman offers something better given the way things have gone over YGEN

I don’t think there’s any rush but hopefully 2023 may be better but economy is still In a bad place. Interesting to see how results are next month but all recruitment in the same situation. Staffline not offering a dividend doesn’t help when others like Hays and Robert Walters do. Hope this changes in 2023.

37m cases in a day in China expected. This could easily go wrong and effect the world again. Hopefully not but 37m is a lot and people travelling to a from China. Let’s see what 2023 brings but I’m hoping an update due anytime is still showing sales strong and new products selling. Then hopefully the board invests because the stock needs support as it’s tracking the 3 year uptrend just about

A trading update is due and was on 13th December 2021 so over due. I just hope we can prove we are able to sell Tests and continue revenues but events at YGEN does make you think. Also given we now have the Chairman and given the shares he’s been given I hope
he is able to add something. If there’s an opportunity to take advantage of market turmoil I hope he’s able to add value. We all know Covid revenue will
Reduce but remember China’s cases are going through the roof
