Amazing everyone prepared to subscribe because the share price has risen over 20% from the Ponzi scheme price. Many including institutional investors got burnt because of the boards Ponzi type dilution. They could well bring this back down to earth. They ain’t going to like the board fleecing and deceiving them. Let’s hope I’m wrong but many shares fall below the issue price so be careful

Sam Bankman set up a Ponzi at FTX and the board have done a similar thing. Encouraging people to buy in November saying the shares were undervalued then diluted the at 84% in December!. Then subscribed to huge amounts at ordinary share holders expense.!

My theory is the arrival of Bitcoin was not the issue but way it was pumped was. You cannot have bitcoin go from $1 over $60,000 in 14 years and expect this will not destabilise government. When people start saying it’s a hedge against inflation when we all know the government’s preference is gold!. Rightfully or wrongly analysts etc pumped and keep pumping with such wide predictions know one knows how to value it. It’s definitely a criminal’s choice of way to move money but I’m sure regulation will help that. I personally think many assets collapse including property but property recovers over time because we need housing. Bitcoin is inflated because we hope someone will pay us more but the real use isn’t that established yet!. You could argue well Gold really is a phycological edge because it really has no use but governments have created over hundreds of years where as bitcoin is relatively in early years. I genuinely think blockchain has a better place everyday use. Imagine they use a coin and call it bitcoin but it’s not a coin. This is the phycology which is confusing and the wrong image is portrayed. It should never have got to $60,000 but as humans greed plays out we push things to the limits.
