I hope and believe MHC could be lining up something and looking to buy out a de stressed company with the surplus cash. The question is which one. The opportunity to buy distressed companies at ridiculously cheap prices has only come about because of rising interest rates and a tightening of cheap Monterey policies from the Bank of England. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for MHC who are cash rich in a sector waiting to explode with growth opportunities. Penny is a shrewd business woman and won’t miss the opportunity. A woman who diversified into LFT when PCR tests were not needed to keep revenue flowing is a woman with vision on a mission. A woman who will win recognition from the stock market in a male ego environment

If MHC announces another deal and catches the market makers off guard this has the ability to move higher rapidly. No debts and still receiving revenue from Covid products whilst we have 7.6m in the bank. 14 new products in Boots and front page of website is a massive achievement in my eyes. Possibility of referrals from Doctors etc. Seriously this could easily fly and that’s not a ramp because it’s based on facts and the board constantly delivering time after time. Simply Wall Street could be correct

Firstly look at the Mcap of both companies and fact MHC have 7.6m in the Bank and still showing steady sales and 14 new products to be launched in Boots. B2B business also expanding. MHC recently consolidated on a 15-1 basis so only have 52m in circulation. How hard do you think it would be now to buy Yourgene. They also have members on the board that know everything about MHC. MHC have made millions via Yourgene so it’s not unthinkable to think it’s a possibility!.

I wonder if MHC will do us a favour and buy the company. They clearly getting deals done!. Surely they must be thinking the same thing now the share price has fallen so low.

On a positive note it’s only got a RSI of 16 so unless someone knows something else it’s way oversold

I personally see Yourgene as an opportunity if the board wanted to use the Rising share price to raise cash! to buy a company that would help expansion even quicker.

I understand and expect many to have a different opinion and that’s healthy if we have different opinions.

Yourgenes Mcap is just over 6m and our over 13m. Shares and cash offer I would think . Given the Directors we have and their links to yourgene I’m sure they will be the best people to assess the value in Yourgene and whether they would be a suitable buying opportunity for MHC. Also we have many millions in the bank so it could prove a long term smart strategy. I’d be surprised if the Directors ain’t got their eyes on it.

I wonder if any early sellers will come back into closing!. It’s going to be a wild ride for a few weeks I think but hopefully we have started a longer lasting ride

Let’s see if Directors purchase shares now the news is out and they are no longer privileged to price sensitive info unless more deals coming!. Will Doctors be sending patients to Boots!. Potential is massive

Rsi down to 58 and still above 200 DMA so looking strong for new leg I hope.

Once news lands I think we’ll all be happy. The fact is we are holding up in a terrible market but we’ve fallen from a high which is costing most investors including myself. I do believe the board will get it right and making the correct moves however more moves needed to get us back to previous highs.

Many other companies in the sector suffering so I think we appear to be steadily moving onwards and upwards.

The RNS appeared to be geared at Boots but surely Lloyds must be negotiating with MHC one would assume

I personally felt today was disappointing considering we hit 24p. The thing to watch is if we bounce back to highs again soon but RSI was looking stretched short term however I feel with good news we can regain momentum.

Nothing goes up in a straight line but I’m not selling and with be adding again very soon.

Penny has a golden opportunity to surprise us! Not with the Boots deal but others in the pipe line or news regarding the possibility of the 10% buyback resolution passed in January.

Only 52m shares in circulation.

Spread could do with narrowing but nicely rising before news. Hopefully very soon and then hopefully simply wall streets prediction plays out.

Today will be interesting to see how the markets react now the shares will be showing correctly. Hoping for news from Penny to move the price forward.

Still no news from BMW on the 75m grant at Cowley mentioned months ago. Once this lands we could benefit and hopefully things start moving

So it looks we finished at 21p if I’m correct. So 21 divided 15 equals 1.4p. So I guess we flatlined really !. Hardly any trading but I could buy or sell all day and became a fictitious millionaire on paper temporarily. So I guess all will be sort for Monday. Hopefully we get news and see a steady climb but good luck all and have a blessed weekend
