Is the price sitting in par with a five year low really justified given the transition and transformation we’ve gone through.

I personally don’t feel these levels are justified at all but the markets done care whilst distressed sellers keep panicking.

50% below the recent highs and the board don’t realise they are killing the price.

Either they deliver positive news and short sellers are squeezed or we get a total flush out on bad news and new positions taken.

I don’t agree the consolidation was a problem at all. The maths are same and if someone wants to buy it cost the same either way. The consolidation coincided with the new products and positive news regards Boots etc. Since then there’s been a lack of news and updates so no one knows how new tests are performing along with Covid sales.

I’ve said many times be careful what you wish for when others have said the sooner we get away from Covid dependence the better. Covid put us in a healthy financial position and I hope it continues whilst they grow the wellness tests side.

The problem is the lack of info on new products and now the CFO going only adds to the drama until we get confirmation so investors can take a calculated risk.

In all honesty the board have delivered on many occasions when we were expecting lower sales etc but they need to do the same again urgently before confidence and value is destroyed.

I do believe in the board’s strategy however marketing and news needs to be flowing and an explanation to Justify the CFO leaving.

A time for Penny to do the obvious thing and get the update out there.

Looking at the shares traded it would suggest someone is fed up or knows more because looks like selling continues. People are losing faith and the only way to restore it is simply providing any good news to stop the downward spiral.

No one’s knows why the CFO left but only results and and a positive update can stop speculative investors taking a negative view

Interestingly the price has not been affected by the RNS.

I think Penny would do well to release the results and any positive update to allow shareholders to make an informed choice.

I do believe however the shares are cheap at these levels as the concentration is on growth of new products and key is we don’t have any fund raise moving forward.

I feel we are well funded in my opinion.

It would also be nice to see Directors buy when we’re out of closed period.

Surely they would have alerted the market early if they had a concern of a slowdown. They clearly have daily figures on sales so maybe it’s early to call the reasoning for CFO change. Maybe I’m being hopeful and optimistic!

Not the RNS I was expecting but nevertheless a strange timing I think.

I actually agree they will need to demonstrate solid sales but it’s clear the sales in boots website are steadily increasing however I note it only appears that 4 out of the many tests are regularly being sold.

That said we don’t know the sales MHC are selling direct.

I think the key is new contracts and B2B2C but I also feel it will be interesting to note revenue from ongoing Covid products.

I do feel long term holders including myself have paid a huge price for sticking with our investment and only hope it delivers for all investors.

I personally have been topping up at lower prices but I honestly agree with Davand that news on new products is crucial. I do feel the board will have something positive to say and hope the market understands the fundamentals of MHC believes in the strategy and future growth.

Just over 7m market cap. Probably as much in the bank , RSI of 30!.

However we seem to be priced to fail. Crazy the markets don’t seem to care about fundamentals or anything. It’s simply a situation we deliver good news ASAP or the market continues to sell off.

The price is below a penny pre consolidation.

Just one’s opinion but if the market haven’t sold off on news and buying it then it must be positive. The share hasn’t benefited from the last bitcoin bull run so hopefully it’s gonna play catch up. Either way it proves FG holds the cards to failure or success. A positive update and things move North. Let’s hope it continues as way too many depressed shares around

Yes a dividend! The price of products and development costs were factored into last results so no reason for that to have a material effect.

Yes Covid sales may have slowed I would believe but nevertheless they are still selling and Penny stated she expects a steady demand for them during 2023.

I see revenue from new products starting to pick up and remember there’s 21 and some expensive ones with high margins one suspect.

I personally don’t feel there late at all as they are due in July and because they came on the 20th it’s premature to say they are late.

I do think communication is poor from MHC but Wessley I ask where the marketing campaign is you alerted us to!

Honestly who knows what’s coming but I guess many are sitting on losses and bought two to three times higher so if you feel so much negativity why invest. The whole Aim is down but I’d want my cash in a company with cash and no debts and 21products to increase revenue more than many companies with debts. We are also over looking the B2B2C and welsh registration.

It’s all a gamble but I remain as positive as the day I first invested and glad we’ve not needed a capital raise for expansion so no dilution. Only 52m shares. If news positive it could bounce equally

Worth a watch then you get an idea of how important tests are. Smart people understand the need for the test to improve life!

Well many what I call rubbish shares going up off lows and full of debt and no cash.

We full of cash and no debts!. Something don’t add up.

Let’s see if news changes that. The 3 and 5 year charts are suggesting we’re at the bottom but News could push this rapidly either way. Hopefully North for us. It’s all about new product performance.

Surely they can give guidance also as they’re in a position to have a reasonable understanding of how sales are doing.

You’d be forgiven for thinking QBT missed the recent rally in Bitcoin but then Argo has been battered today also.
