I trust this BoD without question, but one thing we should understand is in the RNS for the Semnet acquisition it states that:
"US$800,000 of the total consideration payable to the Sellers is payable in cash ("Cash Consideration") and the remaining US$1.0 million through the issue of new Ordinary Shares ("Consideration Shares")."
Why would there be any rush to ramp the price up before this allocation of shares is awarded ? a million dollars worth of shares at 1.3p is worth a lot more than a million dollars worth of shares at 3p.....or 5p..... or 10p and so on!
It is simple logic to me, why would you rush and drive up the price before your spouse get their allocation of shares?!
Just shows what a smart cookie our main man is.
