Litigious in openly making false defamatory statements regarding the company and others.As a shareholder I will be highlighting this to LSE as you are using this forum to make them and contacting the board members of PR1. If you don’t want to invest in PR1 that’s your choice but to start attacking the company and others just to try and dissuade others to buy or get people to sell using these false statements and misleading claims is suspicious. Looking through your previous posts on many other forums you are obsessing doing the same attack format on other company stock pages.

They have a lot going on with the PR1 own integrated AI platform where they are busy onboarding clients from small SMEs to multi nationals and even charity sector and CapitanoAI launch all bases covered. Bearded just sit this one out. A quick scroll shows you do these same attacks on all stocks.

The company is making money via onboarding clients and if you watched the interview you’ll see they are on track with the numbers they initially proposed. They have now also launched a further AI offering & raised cash to make a strategic acquisition of Halfspace as well as expanding their BTC Cryptocurrency Treasury alongside & even made inroads into US customers too. The attack from the negative commentators is extreme when this is exactly why companies list on the market to grow & expand. 5 months listing is at beginning of their journey. They are doing all the right things. Interviews and promotions are used by all listed companies to get their information out to wider audience in the market. It would have been great to have raised higher but this is now the floor that PR1 moves from. We saw last week how easily it springs up. I would suggest that those making negative and litigious statements are putting in too much effort to persuade people not to buy. Ask them why? especially as PR1 as an AI stock has far more to offer than most and is an established company. Whilst others are just thinking about AI PR1 are actually doing business. Can’t believe LSE allows such litigious posts from two on here.

So company issued a placing to make a strong acquisition and then add to their BTC Treasury strategy running alongside plus with US expansion and ahead on target to onboard paying clients for their fully integrated AI platform for SME business customers both UK & US and this is slated by some on here who have spent months doing this? Happy to have purchased 2 more tranches at these low levels. IPO 30/12/24 first integrated AI as a service platform SaaS on market at 13.50 with Directors & market heavy hitters locked in here at that level and have ticked all their targets plus added more value too 5 months in with CapitanoAI launch and HalfSpace partnership acquisition. This is exactly why adding a lot more here to my AI portfolio for 2025. Other AI listed stocks haven’t even achieved a quarter of what this has. PR1 will be banging big drums soon and buyers will not be getting these prices anymore.

More than a month at this level and possibly only fumes left. News will see the real big moves up but there’s a big case to argue that after 5 long weeks in this range the next level should come in as we get closer to that big news.

Let’s see where this week takes us. I am after more additional shares here to add to my specific AI portfolio. Small float and last week’s bonus BTC Stablecoin Treasury news has not reached everyone still so good luck if you’re in here as making its way slowly or fast to 13 IPO price. Looks like a few hard hitters were in at that price which gives this entry a good shot at multiple bags.

Moving back up. Small float making buys difficult but should start to move further towards IPO 31/12/24 price of 13.00. One or two trades moves it. Legacy stake holders from RTO dragged it down. Now gone. They are making great progress and doing more now than they originally planned in their timeframe . The AI business is a few year old with their own integrated AI platform. Experience at helm and the BTC Stablecoin Treasury now announced is an awesome unexpected move. US companies onboarding too. PR1 should now start to get the attention it deserves from market. This should do incredibly well from here.

The business of the company is solely new AI the RNS has added more value with a BTC and Stablecoin Treasury for company. The market wasn’t expecting this bonus. 96 million in issue is really very small. Can’t see that this fits into a pump by any stretch when it’ll make its way back to IPO price which was 13 on its own merit.

Added. Anything under 0.06 is great value here. Debt settled and looking like they are having to take it up with stronger demand. Milestone reached today. Next set of RNS will be the big ones to return that awesome rerate.

Back over 10 today looks good with 14.49 original benchmarker really no big lots of this available to purchase live. Great extra pivot by company to make payments from their AI business into BTC treasury running alongside.

See if I can buy on open after today’s news here just seen this and accepting Bitcoin and stablecoins for payments for their AI business so looks like building up a good crypto btc treasury business too on top of their AI integration platform for businesses. Seems cheap to me if this was 13 each beginning of year?

Light the touch paper great news today and more importantly loads more news coming that will see this really rerate. Easily do 500% soon.

Got over 44 million shares here so at the predicted 0.25 target this turns my 10.5k to 110k the remaining shares from placing priced at 0.0220 must be near gone now

Superb find B-Positive well done definitely all i’s dotted and t’s crossed for some big news. Shift up to 3-4 perhaps at least on this?

Does look like it’s ready to go and jump up surprised it hasn’t already. 4s next? Compelling case for rewards as a buy at this level.

It’s an interesting prospect here for a good recovery play. Took quite a few on Friday and confident I should do well. Circling this level for a long time so looking for some higher break aways into 3-5 without news and higher still over 15 with confirmation on deals done.
