Can someone explain ? In my other holdings , for example Pantheon Resources the companies have fund raises by diluting the stock through issuing more shares at a discount relative to the market price . Normally existing shareholders get the first bite of the cherry .

I’ve gelled my position of 15 million shares . I’m in this the long term . I’m getting fed up of all this nonsense on this board and the aggressive posts of jealous inept chavs . You of course fall in that category .

LTI I’m slighly under the 3% threshold as there are more than 500 million shares in circulation.Once I reach over the 3% then I will be informing LSE of my interests .

A massive £225k buy has just shown up after the mkt closes. MM dropped the price to fill the buy order which probably explains the drop

Significantly undervalued and seriously oversold . The directors have skin in the game , they too are shareholders so it is in their vested interest for the share price to go up .

You remind me of a builder I employed a few years back . This builder was a Jack of all trades and master of none . He took on a whole refurbishment contract of a large commercial building . Specification and stage payments were agreed . This builder had completed similar jobs in the past . He wasn’t the cheapest but was reliable enough to complete the job . I later found he had an anger problem . If any other contractor did anything different to how he preferred they were in for a rough ride .He was in his mid 40’s and his wife left him , he lost his house and ended up staying at friends houses . I had to fire him because during the stage payment there was work which wasn’t completed . You always have to watch if the builder takes more money off you than the work completed , all he has to do is walk away and your toast . To cut a king story short I had to get in another contractor firm to correct his chit work . In the end I’ve never trusted Alan’s to this day they are dodgy . I’m sorry if I’ve offended some of you but boy did I learn a valuable lesson, NEVED trust an Alan they will sell their own mother if there was profit !
