Office building for 6m. Split it up into 4/5 medical floors and charge £150-200k a floor rent . I have the capital, have the architects , have the planners and seem to know a few of the planners on first name terms !. So I get a very healthy rental income . This share thing is a side hustle a hobby if you call it . If it comes good , then great but if it doesn’t I then I won’t lose sleep over it . I’ve ploughed in just over £800k speculatively in MET1.

The only head & shoulders I know is the shampoo which I regularly use to keep my hair Fresh & healthy 🤣

Agree with you mildbrew44 . MET1 has an abundance of resources . What the clowns don’t realise is that they have vast potential resources and as such this is the right time to invest . It will be too late once they release good news . These will exceed previous highs and cod reach several pounds a share .

Just put a small order in for 250k shares and I couldn’t buy
