I made my money in property . I seem to think
I know a bit about commercial property and its rental . I could buy a central London
Office building for 6m. Split it up into 4/5 medical floors and charge £150-200k a floor rent . I have the capital, have the architects , have the planners and seem to know a few of the planners on first name terms !. So I get a very healthy rental income . This share thing is a side hustle a hobby if you call it . If it comes good , then great but if it doesn’t I then I won’t lose sleep over it . I’ve ploughed in just over £800k speculatively in MET1.
