If so it would have been nice if we had gotten a mention, all publicity helps.The second matter I raise is a follow-on of my "reality Trend" of yesterday where I forgot to mention and will use the excuse of passing years.It refers to possibly our biggest Achilles heel and is one right at the top of any financiers check list.
It relates to BA who I believe is the driving force behind Kodal.Morbid as it is he is not immortal and mining is a dangerous occupation so what would happen if he died and how negative would that be to the Company?No one is irreplaceable but in such an instance we would receive a very serious set back.Not only would we lose our CEO and top geologist,but also contacts in Mali,China and elsewhere would be lost also.Of at least equal importance,his mining plan,processing and fund raising ideas could be gone too.
Yes such executives are covered by insurance but a one payment of a few Million would be cold comfort if his future ideas for expansion and whatever else are not currently committed to paper and easily accessible.
I dislike taking up such a subject but do not do so lightly and feel I would be remiss not to do so.

I am glad to see that posters are considering how the Processing Plant and Capital Expenditure is to be met.The notion that this money was going to appear at the drop of a hat when needed was always questionable.Processors will have experience in how financing is achieved and by this stage a rough plan will be in place proving the viability of such a venture.Those with proven experience will have their contacts on standby and a good past record will be all important to the financiers.
My wording of a rough plan is because of several reasons but sticking to the Kodal Lithium mine in isolation a reasonably accurate figure for the Li that can be mined will be foremost.Also seen as a priority will be an accurate figure for Capital Expenditure, so far on this board we have had suggestions from 30-200 million Dollars.The output capacity of the plant when finished and value of the product and depreciation will also play hard on the minds of those putting the package together.I could throw in another 50areas that have to be substantiated but that is not my point in posting.
I post because there is nothing abnormal about this all developers encounter it daily,but to express that it is all time consuming and indeed quite a bit of professional guess work is required. Given we do not have the internal figures and anyway of calculating the variables involved we are in the hands of the BoD entirely on this one.
I repeat it is pleasing that some are looking and questioning the most important part of Kodal`s Future.

it is time to concentrate on LLoyds .I said upon the crazy initiation of the Buyback scheme that the timing was wrong,and suggested Brexit and PPI be sorted before proceeding,and I also said it showed a lack of ability to find opportunities of a positive nature by the BOD.In short that the BOD was f`ing stupid.
Just to drive this point home has anyway compared the value of their Lloyds holding now as compared against the buyback price? Pleased or displeased would be an adequate answer.
Those talking about a further buyback currently should cool it until this time next year and concentrate on the Banks liquidity.To many issues require resolution for another year of mismanagement. If the BoD say buyback in the next 6 months I`m gone.

The answer is you cannot I brought this up ages ago but you have to face facts.We have the Lithium,SC want it and have more skin the in game than anybody else, so have most to lose.Reason dictates they are going to push this through it is hard to see why they would not.

Seems they are willing to put whatever funds necessary into Kodal for it to succeed.All we have to do is enjoy the ride.There is no hint of a set back to the timescale or mining process.Going forward we will get the environmental license and all others as required and when production occurs and with a guaranteed buyer in place we make a lot of money.I personally see no problem only a very solid investment.
