Regarding your comments on Big Oil, they drill and go all the way to the pumps with diesel and petrol.Imho they will do the same with Lithium in due course,i.e., they will mine to battery manufacture in due course and the cash they will bring to the table should be massive. No middle men for them the ramifications for Lithium have not even stated yet.It is all positive+++++.

I would love to agree with you but can`t I am afraid.I have no particular love for the Conservatives but in my eyes all 650 MP`s have been seen to have little respect for their constituents.They are all guilty of a money and power trip and see self preservation as their divine rite.
I do agree that politic`s has taken up a vast majority of this boards time but that is due to our insane leader AHO stating on many occasions that his main target is to support the UK going forward and ignores shareholder duties.The sooner he is sent packing back to Portugal with whatever gong he wants the better.

My strongly held belief of sometime is that AHO and his buddies have no conviction and are bereft of ideas for the Lloyds banking Group, so I make the following suggestion to make a policy change that will bring continued growth to the share price.
A timely statement from the Directors advocating an on going dividend paid quarterly to share holders and an inviolate commitment to put the same amount of money into buybacks as was required annually for the PPI debacle ,pro rata, would see the Share Price being re-rated.When I say timely I mean long before this halloween hell arrives in politics and since they have no expansionist plans it relieves them trying to justify their unworthy positions.
A reversal of the last 12/13 years would be attainable and think what that would do to your pension funds.

Pity they messed it up last year.This will not be as bad but still shows a lack of financial nuance.
Imagine the benefit that could have been derived if they had waited to PPI was fully resolved.A simple statement that the BoD would be honouring the promised dividend policy until PPI is sorted at which time a possible " buyback" policy and cut back in share benefits to all employee`s including directors would be evaluated, could literally have saved us Billions.
Hence any rejoicing from me will be a slow hand clap.
