Joeman.You could well be correct,but any financier will go back to basic`s they will make a list of pros and cons.Also they will want to establish what percentage of risk they are taking and for how long.Return on money and commitment of others through their monetary input will be evaluated also.
Integrity of the BoD`s,their skills and past record will be part of the process.
It is possible if these things are all passed money may our way,the end question is always if the project goes tits up can we be confident we can get our money back.

Great if it was all a figment of my imagination.Pity all the great positive support from the trade fairs and those that were all supposed to be snooping around looking for a buyin have come to not being worth tuppence.
The truth is the time had come when the facts could not be hidden any longer and it was all rolled out like an act of clearing BA`s conscience in the RNS.

Fastjet.I will not be attending the AGM,and wonder sometimes how beneficial they are.
Directors may have answers to all mine and others concerns, but that is not the main difficult as I see it.I am fed up with the talk,what I want to see is some action.Yes you are spot on regarding the ESIA and thereafter mining permits, but for over two years we have been led to believe by the Company that the financing for the execution of the processing plant was rubber stamped by Ruifu.Now in reality we are standing in line with the begging bowl like a multitude of small Companies and without any funds whatsoever being pledged.
Yes BA may well get it but so far all this tracing around trade fairs and popping over to China and the big exposure has gotten anyone is air miles.He and his team need to bring home the bacon which they have not done that.A share price that is withering will not attract those with money to invest either.
It will take some leap of faith to give these Directors $60M,ahead of all the other ventures out there.
I hope I am proven wrong for all here and that is all I have to say.

People should be wary of using the word "buybacks", as it is the only plan our BoD will have left for this banks development when PPI is finished.Unless they have another brainwave like closing the remaining few Branches that are left.No, i can`t see it better to just do nothing as heretofore.

My investment here is petty compared to most and frankly the price is of little consequence to my overall financial position.I don`t need the money but I do like to see any Company or Business being run properly and openly.Shops,Banks,Pubs rarely close themselves it is poor management that is mostly to blame and Companies are no different.When directors take their eye of the ball and little things go awry they need to be held to account.Now if some here feel it is easier to take a pop at me rather than ask why a catalogue of matters have been left unattended to, do so at will.
Just because i was taken in by BA`s bravado does not mean i cannot see when the lights come on.If speaking my mind causes some to be concerned to the extent of vitriol,they need to think of selling more than suggesting I do.
I only have 4 million shares and if they are written off in the future I could care less.
But I have said often I am staying for the final chapter and so I will.

Losing 10 % of the mining leases wasn`t to bright either.
Having spent some of his time going around these mining events getting at least one supporter to put their offer in writing would have been encouraging. The fact is talks cheap and for all this Kodal has no application agreed, numerous tests requiring to be done and not one solid backer that can be named.
This "lots" going on behind the scenes seems to be a complete bottleneck of inactivity.
Worth considering again in about 5 years.
Simply put if things were as great as BA says why is no one knocking at the door?Could it be the list of "must do" items ideas that will probably only get bigger.

The closing part of the article is however speculation on BA`s part the facts are he has not got one solid writtten commitment towards the $60m required.
He may be correct that numerous investors and financiers can be be enticed to support the project but equally he could be wrong.He has talked big and delivered little in the past.
Take the 5,000 tonne sample how long did that go on for?In the end 980 tonnes has been sent to China from Dakar,18% of what he agreed too.Doesn`t look good to our largest shareholder.
Frankly his word and ability is up to each here to judge.I now question all he has said.

Contractor employed not up to standard to meet tasks.
"Proposed processing plant" and meetings with locals ongoing at best but not near completion.
Metallurgical testing and flotation still not done or pushed 4 years down the road.
This to me shows BA can drill and yes he has found an excellent Lithium mine but he and the recently appointed Directors seem unable and ill equipped to bring this project to completion.All the big talk has been that ,bellicose and bombastic rambling full of hot air.
Nothing in this RNS should not have been dealt with or at least highlighted for attention on an ongoing basis.
I supported BA over the last year in the hope he was building a solid team around him by imo they are all totally inept.Next move may well be a sale to some group that knows what they are doing, probably their mates.
As always I stay to the end as I like to read the final chapter.
