imho for all the buying they have done of shares they are still only 12th in the list of shareholders.Therefore the 75% required may not be the penalty kick into an empty net expected. Time will tell. LLAP.

Great post dotlink,though it would have been nice to see some of our Ministry staff attending and assisting or companies as needed. On top of losing a small amount of money i will be sorry to see a firm so technological aware as Sepura going at 20p per share. Atb.

Of course it is a good return but it is not a Government Bond guarantee of a 20p sell price.Any and many deals have fallen through at the last minute,what would happen the?.Say the shares fell to 15p the investment would not seem so desirable then. Nothing is risk free here. Atb

but i bought into a holiday company for the elderly in January and sold in august last year, price rise + divi gained me 15%.Put it in diary to do the same today,have done so,you see i am happy with 15% p.a., One concern they are building there own cruise ship,large cost,DYOR. ATB

A good week to you also, Sky engineer on roof putting in something called Q,said he would explain it all to me later. For a yes vote Sepura require75%. Sepura under quarantine from trading shares. Sepura board have accepted and recommended offer of 20p per share. The rest is in the lap of the Gods The above is my own opinion for what it is worth.

Brants, Thanks you understand i have been playing with the markets money for some years now and i stay with Sepura for a bit of banter and to see how this unwinds. Please do not take anything i say as gospel,it is just the rambling of a complete amateur.I only have 30,000 shares and due to luck more than anything over 30 years i have a wide spread of Investment funds and other shares,therefore if i loose some money here it will only be in the small hundreds.I agree with you again the hype on this board was something else and to use your words if I was realistic and honest i would sell.The only reason i stay is because i cannot resolve why Professionals are buying shares in big lumps. Keeping it real ,i would like to state that what you have stated is the almost certain outcome, 99.7% seems totally accurate to me. Like Columbo i have one last question,why would any professional fund manager place a bet of £195,000 @1.03 that come `ell or high water that the deal will go through. Like Betfair i and others are more than wiling to lay those odds to see the winner cross the line.Frankly what have to loose. Atb.

Due to bid i have not been keeping an eye on contracts in recent times.Now i have i see 2 good new contracts were gained on the 13th and 22 nd of December.The second one in particular was Powertrunk getting a contract in a New York County.Full details obtainable on Sepura`s own web page. I highlight that because it lends weght to Auson`s point below about Siemens and also because from soundings of Trump U.S and Chinese relations may be a little tetchy at least in the short term.
