At a time when our Government should be fighting tooth and nail for every job and business they seem to have adopted Pontius Pilate policy.Companies are left to sink or swim unless they have high publicity attraction for the media.I don`t have any answer to your question, but if i was in acquisitions for Motorola or such like i would piqued to see the Hierarchy of Hytera being wooed by Ministers to the detriment of all others. It is my understanding that a counter bid can come anytime until Hytera can declare they have 75% of the shares by way of support. ATB
