The only concern I have is given the low SP over the last 12 months is that the Company is taken private.If I was a director that is what i would do given the Mcap.What a bargain. Only this has stopped me from buying large. Gla.

Sorry but a read of the kodal website states the company objective plainly.For lithium it is accelerated drilling with a view to bring production into place asap,or words to that effect.Exploration makes a fool of all involved and has no respect for time. My concerns are similar to yours but I don`t expect any real news until mid May at the earliest. Patience is required and as for Jorc I see little likelihood. All IMO.Looks more like a boom or bust share daily with my money on the boom. Don`t forget the Gold.Yoga may help.

Duff,where is the Joint Venture of building a processing plant between BGS and Kodal mentioned.It isn`t and neither Company is even mentioned. PLEASE stick to facts and leave the fiction to DISNEY. The sooner you get your Jorc the better ,maybe then some of you will shut up,stick to the realities and stop knocking a board of proven integrity. GREAT LONG TERM BUY.

Nothing to stop S.Ruifu or anybody at anytime going for a take over,is there? I do not know the cost of a processing plant do you? Production scenario without a JORC a dodgy one.WHY? You strongly disagree that a Jorc is only to placate PI`s.Who else is calling for one? JORC needed to prove value.How many assay results do you need? Dilutive suicide? I have heard several times about a JV with BGS,when did this happen? You talk about dodgy business,shareholders defrauded and low ball offers.Do you really believe these utterings? Frankly this is way way below the level of your normal postings and can only cause concern.I in no way support such comments,and completely disassociate myself from them. I will leave you with this,do you not believe we have a product worth processing on site to extract the maximum value for all shareholders and a hub for processing product from other mines? Thankfully I am away for a week,and whilst naturally sceptical I will trust the BoD until proof to the contrary is shown. GLA.

just spent some time reading through old RNs,and i feel that the most important one was that given in the annual report is states quite clearly that the Buonguoni mine was continuing to be explored with a view towards setting up a Lithium process mining plant.I have a differing view from that stated by the Chairman`s wording.He talks about "B" Lithium mine being the priority and I agree.I disagree in that he views the veins that are being followed as exploration demands as hubs.I feel the initial breakthrough drilling area is the hub and the veins are the spokes.May just be my lack of vocabulary but I doubt it.What I call the hub is well sited for a processing plant given access to main roads and all transportation. When I got this sorted in my mind and the fact that 10k mtrs of drilling was completed at that time re-reading the subsequent RNs made a lot more sense.The first think I looked at was the Gold we have cracking mine/s but it sits on the back burner,but in imo the exploration done shows commercial viability twice over to date.Secondly I looked at the 5K tonne sample,and it is elusive as the Scarlet Pimpernel.Once again Imo this sample is little about quality,if at all,but about the best processing techniques where S Ruifu should excel and give our board direction.Thirdly and very importantly they do no seem to be able to find a vein that does not lead to another vein at least as good.Fourthly our best stuff is on or near the surface and continues to at least 100 mtrs deep.Fifth, the Diendio mine as drilled so far is the equal of"B".Future drilling there will be slow as BA sticks to the proirity. My overall opinion. Is that a processing plant will be built at Buonguoni with S.Ruifu oversight and advice. The quality of lithium and quantity is of the highest and it would be daft to transport it to China than process on site and send such product. If a JORC is ever done it will be to placate PI`s here,and that alone. A processing plant could be used by others at a price meaning more money for the Company. When fully operational Diendio and the Gold will get there turn. To conclude the difference between forwarding mined aggregate per ton and processed lithium is substantial. IMHO,BA will do what he wants when he wants and as I have said before so be it. With 500 square kilometres of very high grade lithium from surface to 300/400 feet deep and with the percentages we have a processing plant is not only desirable but essential."THIS IS THE MOTHER LODE".

I was happy with this mornings results,they continue to prove this mine is exceptional in the highest of Quality of Lithium the equal of anywhere in the world and each drilling also shows quantity increasing.There is a clear indication that this is an out and out winner and the news flow has improved significantly.Yes it is still inadequate for most of us and yes a JORC would be nice and a drilling,excavation and possible production plan and timetable would be appreciated,however this is 3/4 man operation led by BA and he does what he wants when he wants.Over the year if I had of been shouting at him I would have lost my voice and all to no avail. Anybody looking to buy in early to day would have hit by two things.Firstly for the PI`s you would have had a13% spread to swallow,which I see as suppressive and Secondly any Corporate action is again suppressed as they come up against S.Ruifu with a 20% holding and a member on the board. The one ace card we have in our hand is that S.R., have committed to pay market price for the Lithium they buy from Kodal and this is the main comfort long term.A takeover is also only possible if those with 75% of the shareholding accept the offer.We know S.R., as said bought 20% in one tranche,but do we know how much they have now? I doubt it. Yes press for answers but that becomes tiring or wait it out patiently and remember we can get fair value by sticking together and remaining a bb that treats each other with courtesy. IMO this mine is truly exceptional far in a way the best in size and quality in the area and will make a helluva money,and don`t forget the Gold. The very best to all.

No matter what way you hedge to short either you have money or securities, somewhere you have to crystallise.By selling you cannot build enough stock for a buy out, and every day gets closer to the profit statement,which would have an absolute disaster to take out the last two year rises and equate to a 40% fall. Imo they have to close very soon take what may be an excellent profit and run or go long which is quite possible given the way market has been suppressed.I do not know which but it takes a lot money to keep a share at this level. Whatever time will tell and i have upped my stake by 10 times this morning. Also meant to mention I would cut and run as a bid approach would seriously hurt. I will continue to buy as and when as at this price Imo upside way above downside.
