Ray, the holding Company of SC, S. Ruifu want security of supply,any better way than owning the mine? BA,must act for all shareholders,not going to well for us by SP is it? Bgs chased them as a low bidder,and Bgs with poorer amounts and less quality have out shown us. The point that BA would be mad to do whatever.I respond by saying he would be mad if as I stated he was offered a better financial package by SC,who would want to retain his expertise and contacts in the area,not to accept it. Frankly none of your points hold water and if I recall 12 months ago you were very much against my pressing for a JORC.It can be done at anytime and updated as necessary. What you have done in setting up the forum is laudable even though I have tried to sign on to no avail. But would it not be better for holders to openly state their handles and bluntly and unequivocally demand what they want or call for an EGM?

Ignore posters impressions and stick to the facts.For every 1 million shares you hold and the buy price drops .01p you lose �100. As a PI your last sentence is totally accurate, but for anybody sitting back waiting to take the Company in a buyout it is the opposite. No JORC and no info on the sample assists with that scenario also. Time will tell I ain`t selling.

The more I have read today the more i feel my far fetched scenario of a private buyout concerns me. We are stuffed then anyway.

Well clearly i don`t, because i am referring to the mining of Lithium and Gold and as such given that mining has been going on for thousands of years I would be surprised if BA the board or Chinese have any dark devilish plan that has not been tried before.From my past experience little new transpires that has not been don before, most secrecy is used to give an impression of mystique to a practise or job that others are doing daily in the full glaze of sunlight openly. Unless such secrecy is to cover up ineptitude such as the licence debacle or the fait accompli imposed on us of the Chinese buyin.Any hidden nonsense so far has had little if any benefit to the PI.An open and honest dialogue is what I and all here I hope would want. What i have asked for is a JORC and to have the Sample delivered openly and honestly.I do not believe that to be onerous, many others have done so with ease.So it costs money to do but we are repeatedly told how well funded we are.

I have patience I have some very long term holdings, but sometimes I believe and I be could entirely wrong that we are being led by a prevaricating and lethargic bunch of wastrels. Ray your first paragraph is accurate but i honestly don`t know how it was justified.I don`t like assumptions but I feel the full Board must have supported it. The second paragraph.Please note i don`t believe BA or any of the Board intend this and quite possibly SC could be a saver if such a hypothetical case arose here,but remember they have a board member and what law would there be to stop him being supported personally and financially if they wanted or needed to. I am spouting nonsense, but things happen in AIM that amaze. To conclude regarding Brookmount I believe it was in the 1987 era and I state this for anybody who wants to research what happened.Also it was not a good time for investors and if only that company had been my biggest loss. Regrettably not, they were at that time a small builders supplier.Several name changes and the rest is history.I knew the CEO personally and he wanted to do his own thing.My shares were Trading at almost �9 each and I received �6.80. Can`t happen. Regrettably it did. I should add i don`t think that will happen here,but I didn`t think it could or would happen with Brookmount either. Hence my caution,and portfolio spread. No one should worry, it just shows I am at this to long and seen to much.

"Brookmount," didn`t either but bought Company for 80% of SP. I was one of the shareholders who tried to stop them.
