I couldn't find anything we didn't already know, but here it is:

Great find newtofo. At this point, as others on this board have already stated, the obvious suitors for Falcon's 22.5% share in the Beetaloo, in no particular order, are Inpex Corp, Santos, Chevron, Pioneer or any other major for that matter. We know POQ has clearly stated that any FO divestiture or exit strategy, for the foreseeable future, has been taken off the table, right? I am certain POQ will continue to keep our cards closely held. As good news continues to come our way, patience will serve us well. BTW, have I mentioned I might need to take some golfing lessons, sooner than later. Just sayin'. Oh hell, who am I kidding. Anyone need a good caddie? GLTA.
Now that we have a new Letter of Intent, dated 11 Oct 2022, with a New Joint Venture Partner (aka Tamboran/Sheffield Holdings), it looks like Falcon's participation will take us into the Pilot portion of this project and very much beyond. Based on the Youtube video (FALCON OIL & GAS LTD. - Investor Q&A) posted on 11 October 2022, POQ clearly states that any divestiture or exit strategy by Falcon, for the foreseeable future, has now been taken off the table.
This morning I spent some time listening to this recent Investor Q&A video very closely. It helps clarify POQ's intent going forward. If you haven't already done so, I encourage everyone l re-listen to what Phillip states as to Falcon's strategy going forward. It speaks volumes.

Hello shalamar9. In reference to the FO presentation to which you had questions, I found the document on my computer and the date I have for the presentation is 16 June 2015. BeetaLong, has also graciously provided us with a link to the Youtube video for this same presentation. The stated market valuations on Slide 16 are as follows: Trends $40 / acre, Undeveloped $844 / acre, Appraisal $4,009 / acre, Production $18,489 / acre.
Nothing like having a couple of "Warren Buffet's" in your corner, eh? POQ's leadership is once again looking quite dapper again, I might add. One might say something about his "chess playing" abilities; Absolutely, Priceless!
I have a strong sense of deja vu here. Falcon is once again teaming up with Dr Close, along with Sheffield and company. With Tamboran and the Sheffield's, we finally have a strong management team that will aggressively lead this effort. I look forward to the enormous potential. @WetWater, you'll get no shellacking from me. ;-) GLTA
Wetwater, glad to hear you are still in the fold. I've always read and enjoyed your posts, but I also fully understand your why for not doing so as of late. You, sir, have earned my respect. Like you, my take is Falcon will be bought out at some point, so I too have chosen take to the sidelines. I really do appreciate all the posts from a handful of LTH'ers and you know who you are. Everything else is just noise.
I expect to wake up some morning to read the RNS where Falcon has been sold to such-n-such for $$$$$ or absorbed by Origin for $$$$ and stock. Until then, GLTA!
