I agree it wasn’t the best interview, but in CB defence not sure the questions helped massively. Hopefully we get a proper podcast with CB and the new non exec once the first drilling phase is finished and assay results published.

Did CB not say the aim was to get to 1Mt at 0.5%? I would imagine that this would allow upside on the tonnage by reducing the cut off. Could this be a defensively strategy from CB to bide time before the AA option is hit? Wild speculation on my part (although I don’t feel bad about speculating with some of the rubbish posted on here today) but it makes sense to me if there are other interested parties to delay hitting the AA option. Shame we don’t fully know the mechanics of the AA option.

Prospect Ore completed the deal with AA in Dec 2017, hence the 3 year 50% Claus has expired

Looking at the drill plan (link below), I assume they still plan to drill hole 2 in a similar location which roughly ties up with the 250-300m CB mentioned before they hit mineralisation.

Yeah I think it’s 300m until he expects to start hitting mineralization.

So maybe Wednesday/Thursday until we start (hopefully) hearing positive news on hole 2

I also thought I heard him say they hit another patch of copper mineralisation after what they thought was the end, and that it was 0.56% copper per the XRF?

To play Devils advocate a bit on that one, why raise at 4.5p if you are about to release XRFs showing the grade appears significantly above other assets/discoveries in the region?

I expect the report will come some point next week, but this won’t include assay results (as you say this will take several weeks until we start hearing the results). I expect the XRF grades will be announced and that the phorphyry expert will compare the results to other mines/discovery and then use the analogues for his expectations. I would also expect to hear news on hole 2, and I am guessing they will move this further to the north west to try and find out some more about the new area discovered.

There might also be some talk about foot rot.

I’m not thrilled about the placement, as I believed we could get through the 9 holes through existing resources and cash flows. However if I ignore all that’s happened from last Thursday and just focus on the fact that the share price has doubled (ish), we have £5m more in the bank and have potentially a pretty significant discovery I realise it’s not all bad...

I am looking forward to hearing what the company has planned for this money in a bit more detail, and wouldn’t be surprised to hear that we are accelerating drilling in Aus (including drilling foot rot, or what ever they rename this) as well as Zambia drilling they mentioned.

Like most of the longer term holders, I’m sure we are all happy with where we are at both SP and drilling wise

Maybe we will get a 4:29 RNS stating we are pleased to confirm we have re-entered strong copper mineralisation :-)

I think that is partly a fair comment, but as a long term holder the valuation is not just for a potential large porphyry systems. You also get some cash generation and (hopefully) soon to be substantial cash generation from Mozambique and Zamabia. At current market cap bushranger is free, hopefully the market will agree with me when the cash starts to show!

The gold is from Guy Fawkes (pictures on the website), it’s one of the smaller gold projects in Manica which should hopefully be kicking of cash from now.

Yeah not a clue what tomorrow will bring, all I know is that for the first time ever I’m looking forward to a Monday morning!

What’s interesting about that diagram, its shows the best grade from perhaps 150m -350m ish at 0.5-1%. However from the latest RNS “Copper mineralisation commenced in drill hole BRDD-20-001 at a depth of 110m and has become stronger as the hole has continued to the current depth of 804m” . Will be interesting when we start getting assay results!
